Unit is plump, red and feels worked. EQ has been pretty good this week, increasing the kegel routine seems to have worked. I took pics yesterday, they can be seen in my parallel pictures thread. I now have a repeat count of 190 mm length (7.48”) and girth is still at 136 mm (5.354”). I edged yesterday for an hour until it hurt, planning to do 15 minutes or so tonight, tomorrow and Sunday. Back to 2 on 1 off on Monday, and I’ll probably try dropping a set of pics in my other thread every 4 or 6 weeks or so. Doing fowfers during half the nights, I don’t always remember.

So I took a pseudo break last week, only doing a moderate PE session on Tuesday and Friday and edging a lot. Well, for me it was a lot, between 40 minutes per day and 2 hours (over 2 or 3 sessions, no releasing). From yesterday’s session I’d say I lost about 3 mm BPEL, but that was to be expected after such rapid growth. I’ll just counter it with even more growth. I think my flaccid grew more last week than it has in the past months, it actually looks decently sized now. Interesting.
Flaccid hanging nice and fat now. After stretching (pretty rigorously) I noticed that my base looked extra stretched and thin. My base was always thinner than towards the tip, so I’m measuring my base EG now to make sure I don’t somehow lose my girth there during all this length work. That would be a shame.
Still doing 50x5, 10x10 and 10x20 second kegels every day. Edging almost every day, fowfers while I sleep if I remember. Releasing on average once every 4 days, morning wood more or less half of my days. Full speed ahead!

Had good morning wood this morning after fowfering all night. It woke me up even. I think I went a little hard yesterday in my enthusiasm of returning after a week’s break, and the left side of my unit is a little sore near the base. Turtling seems to be minor and easily removed by a gentle stretch. Tomorrow is my rest day so I’m pretty sure I’ll live haha. I’ll stick to the 2 minute stretch and 1 minute JAI per direction for the next week or so, then see if I want to amp it up again. I’m starting to be quite sure that edging is the key for my morning wood during these length weeks, and it definitely removes most soreness and my unit’s tendency to tighten up (which I think is a precursor phase for turtling) after a firm session. Edging tonight, resting with kegels and edging tomorrow.

Feels good, flaccid hangs nicely. No extreme effect on flaccid length yet (damn!) but I continue to fowfer. Yesterday I had some raging morning wood which looked really long and stuff, but it was only 180 mm or so, without a kegel. This was lying down at a SO angle (unit upward). I think it’s a good standard measurement angle though, considering the reduced possibility for angle errors. I’ve been looking for a new way to measure so this might be it. I’ve been doing some squeezes while edging (which I do twice a day most days now), during which my girth goes up to 140 mm (+4 mm). I’m guessing that will eventually thicken things out, hopefully close to the base as well to kind of even things out.

During my teens and after I developed the habit of putting some bending force on my unit during masturbation. Not much, just bending against the natural curve a little because it felt good. I wonder if that in any way contributed to my reasonably large natural girth.

I think I can do less and still make progress. Somehow I feel like I’m pushing ever so slightly beyond that sweet spot. Flaccid is hanging nicely, and I’m figuring out how to space my exercises (edging, squeezing and fowfers) such that I don’t do everything every day. I think it might be another improvement. Porn detox is making me a lot more responsive to lots of things, and not in a sex-obsessed way. Rest day tomorrow, so I think I’ll actually refrain from edging too!

Morning routine for a change of pace since I’ll be visiting an out of town friend today and tomorrow. My morning woods seem to be shrinking under 18cm SO. Not sure what to think of that, but I’ll keep monitoring it. Since my session was in the morning today I had a hard time getting a complete proper flaccid so I had to really stretch through the ~25% baseline erection. I haven’t ejaculated in 8 days which might also contribute. It’s known that men experience a testosterone spike after 7 days of not ejaculating. My testicles are pretty big right now. They’re getting in the way of helicopters so I’ve been pulling on the most problematic one for a few days, though I doubt it’s very useful unless I really stretch the scrotum skin which is already extremely malleable. I think I should start measuring length SO but I’m reluctant because it’s a lot shorter than the way I’ve been sitting for measurements previously, lol. Will kegel in the train, probably edge tomorrow when I’m back home. Rest day tomorrow.

I’ll do my kegel routine soon and then I’ll try to edge twice today. Haven’t had morning wood in a few days, better step up my edging game since edging seems to be the most important factor for getting morning wood.

So I stretched a little deeper today since gains have been stagnating a little. I also added a few ‘reverse jelqs’ in which I jelq normally, then clamp the base and move my jelqing hand backwards again. Read about it in the general PE subforum and the affected zone in my shaft does seem to hang fuller than after a normal session. Did a few sets of lifting with no particular affiliation yesterday so the soreness is welcoming.

How on earth am I supposed to gain base girth? My base girth was always smaller than just behind my glans, and I can’t find any exercise which would target my BG. Is hanging the only option?

Just thought I would chime in, if your gains have stopped consider increasing stretch and jelq time or taking a week or two off to decondition.

In regards to base girth I had a similar geometry to what you described with a smaller base than right behind the head, but after a few months of clamping my base girth is at least 1/4” larger than anywhere else on my shaft. I think my best gains from clamping were at the base. Might be worth trying clamping for a couple months.

Yeah I’m still going strong, pretty proud of my whiteboard calendar with no missing links in my cross-off chain :-D . Though it has felt like I’ve lost a little or traded erect size for flaccid size, yesterday’s and today’s casual measurements are looking promising from increasing the stretch intensity a tad, maybe 10%.
Thanks for the suggestion of clamping, it seems a budget enough style of PE for me. Once I feel my tunica getting even tougher I’ll try breaking for a few weeks, then clamping for 4-6 weeks before going back to length work (incorporating TG’s main theory). Plans coming together now.

Edged twice yesterday, 30 minutes and then 40 minutes with release. First release since September 9th, so I’m cool with that. I guess I can build up to that natural testosterone spike again now. Still no porn, I only masturbate to edge. Stretches have never felt this deep, especially SO. My unit is feeling a little bigger than in the past few weeks, so I’m optimistic about getting another few weeks of newbie gains before the real hard work starts.
I remember my first few firegoat rolls… my flaccid rapidly shrunk shorter than the width of my hands and I had to stretch it out several times during the roll. Now the head sticks out rather consistently. So careful optimism and tomorrow is rest day.

I released yesterday during my second edging session. In addition to that, morning wood has been weak the last week, so I’m turning down the intensity a little. It could also be because I’ve been free for the past 2 weeks so I’m sleeping in and a strict sleeping schedule is better for morning wood. We’ll see. I think it’s starting to sink in that I’m actually a bit large now, I’m feeling pretty good about both my body and my unit. Cycling for an hour yesterday, will do another today.

I felt like posting a little more detail today. I’ve had 2 weeks off and I’ll return to my master’s thesis tomorrow. I should be done by December after which I have 6 months to move. After I move, I won’t have any more opportunity to PE in stealth. The lower intensity workout from yesterday seems to have worked, it feels good, I might have pushed over my gaining limit recently so I’ll try this one for a week or so. I mostly cut some stretch time, but the JAIs with pre-stretch seem to allow even more stretching than ever so I think I’m onto something. Despite having released only two days ago, my EQ is surprisingly good. Probably because of the longer and longer time away from porn.

The lady required my attention this afternoon so Ziggy’s a little tired. I guess I’ll write it down as an edging session with release.

Yesterday I lay on my sofa with morning wood and casually grabbed the ruler. I was surprised when I kegeled into 194 mm (7.64”), 4 mm longer than ever. My non-kegel SO size was still 180 (7.09”) though, but it was still interesting. Maybe my kegeling size (and therefore edging size) heralds further gains. We’ll see when I can be bothered to measure again. It’s kind of a stressing process to edge, measure, repeat measurements and try to juggle the camera all at the same time. Fowfer ~5 hours last night.
