W32D5, break day. Just keeping track of some active recovery options.

Did 50 5-second kegels, 25 reverse ones. I find it very difficult to assess whether or not I’m doing the latter properly, but I execute them as is described. Then I did some weightless deadlifts while kegeling when coming up (supposed to improve ejaculation distance). 3 sets of planks… About 50 squats while holding 10 kgs, followed by 50 calf raises while holding 15. 20 push ups, I suck at those. I guess I’m just bored.

If I’m not drinking tonight, I’m hoping for some good morning wood. I’m also on the subliminal hype train again, though I have also collected a few studies which disprove its effect. I haven’t decided yet what to do about that. More PE oriented I did a 12 minute heating session under the IR lamp while just massaging and helicoptering my flaccid and taking measurements of its length since I read that some others were measuring it while hanging and I’ve been keeping it SO and going BPFL. About 5 mm difference, SO being 130-135 mm and down being 135-140 mm while thoroughly heated and shaken loose.

I decided to try some new things today, to see if there’s anything I like. I may incorporate the A stretches and the plump bends depending on my PIs. I haven’t had any gains at all for a few months now and I’m getting restless haha. Maybe I’ll finish a few weeks of standard stretch + jelq routine before I remodel my sessions completely. That gives me time to experiment a little and also read more about the different options. After my session I cooled my testicles. Flaccid hanging remarkably full after such a simple session.

After my shower off I decided to blast my scrotum with some cold water for 30 seconds again. Whenever I ejaculate it usually takes my testicles a day or 2 to grow back to their previous size. With this cold treatment it takes less than 24 hours. Interesting. I stretched as hard as I could today, better grip than ever, really focusing on feeling that pressure in the base of my unit. I can’t pull any harder anymore though, not unless I start weight training, and even then I think my grip is the limiting factor right now. Jelqs also went well, good EQ control. I think it helps doing this in the morning. The Ulis left my unit with just a few spots, less than when I clamp.

The problem I have with Ulis and jelqing in general is that the blood buildup occurs at the tip of the penis only. It doesn’t force the base (or most of the shaft) to expand. I have a natural baseball shape so I really want some base girth too! None of the manual exercises seem to cater to that desire.

In order to improve my grip I think I’ll try building a captain’s wench. If it allows me to hang, too, then I might fix the base girth thing, too.

I’ve been reading the big gainers thread on the PE Cream subforum and it seems that many of the big gainers were Expecting these big gains. Maybe I should expect more, so I’ve committed to changing my mindset from process-oriented to result-driven. It usually takes a while to do that, but PE is a marathon anyway. I can switch back later if I can’t make it work.

Strong stretches normally gave me a feeling of pressure at the base of my penis and in my lower abdomen. The latter is actually quite unpleasant, its aspect more of less similar to being punched in the gut but at a much smaller magnitude. Also it goes away after a few seconds. Jelqing leaves me a little sore if done at enough reps, and sensitive to slightly painful at the glans if done with a too high intensity. Clamped edging and Ulis give me spotting, the clamped edging part gives me insane EQ. I added plump bends 2 days ago and the soreness was tingling to slightly stinging, more or less equally distributed over the shaft and glans. A new feeling for a new type of growth!

For motivational purposes I’m going to make claims of growth here and there, I must believe it to succeed. Ziggy will grow, and emerge a towering Ziggurat.

My EQ has been a little poor so I’m taking it down a notch. I can do the same routine twice (4 days) and if my PIs don’t improve, step down further. Repeat until PIs improve and stay there for at least a few weeks. Before making it bigger I have to keep it healthy. A little disappointing, I probably went too hard after my month’s break.

Welcome back to the most boring thread in the Progress Reports! :D So I decided to counteract the fact that I’m uncut by wrapping down my foreskin in a retracted state before stretching. It worked great! It took me much less effort (for my hands) to keep my unit stretched and I easily stretched my BPFSL past the 200 mm mark (BPEL is only 185 max). I’m going to practice this for a while I think and see how far I can improve the technique. It really sucks to stretch when you’re uncut with a lot of foreskin, guys. Jelqs nominal, but I went a little slower, making sure the EQ was right on the money between 50 and 70%. I did an intense horse squeeze after jelq numbers 20, 40 and 60. I modified it slightly in that I waited for about half a minute for my initial erection to subside after the kegel to make my unit more pliable. I like this manual since it doesn’t focus the tip (like jelqing and Ulis) but focuses more on the mid-shaft. My largest girth is already towards the tip so I’d rather to even that out. I have some spotting now so I’ll try doing just 2 horse squeezes next time, then 1 if that’s still too much… You get the point. Have a good one!

Spotting is very minimal today so I think I’ll stick to the 2 horse squeezes. I still need enough damage after all. Also hosed down the testicles with cold water after my session. Unit feels rather stimulated right now so I think my session is spot on. I’ll probably edge tonight, since it reminds me of P-phase thinking and I’ve felt good about it before. I can’t edge for too long though or I can’t monitor my morning wood.

On a non-PE related note: I sent out my resume to 4 companies late Friday afternoon and 3 of them replied today. Feeling like a big shot.

I’ll keep the wrap on for an hour, maybe two… I have several alarms set to make sure I check up on it enough. Minor spotting again, nothing bad. I’ve been edging a lot the past few days, edging is soooo good for EQ. I also hit my testicles with the cold water for 30 seconds again at the end of my warm down shower (holding my unit so it doesn’t get cooled). I finally found a reseller which sells cable clamps so I should be getting one medium sized one in the mail today (and 5 useless small ones). I also started L-arginine again last week and my flaccid is much more consistently large.

W33D4 Rest day update, no morning wood

After yesterday my unit felt really fatigued, I feel like I’m still slowly building fatigue through my 1 on 1 off schedule. I recognized this in a few people’s (gaining!) progress reports, so I’ll carry this on this week and then take a few days to a week off.

I received my cable clamp in the mail today (1 medium and 4 small ones, but it’s the best I can find in my country) and tried it on for about 6 minutes while flaccid, somewhat aroused, while doing squats and while significantly stimulated (towards clamped edging but not all the way ofc) to test fit and method. I achieved expansion beyond my normal absolute max (measured 137 mm instead of my max 134-135) during this trial run without heat so I’m sure I can do a little better if I take like 3 consecutive sets with heat and practice. So far so good.

I fiddled with my new clamp a few times yesterday and today playing around with some wraps and pads so I’m probably overtraining a little bit. I also feel like my unit has accumulated some fatigue, enough to grow. I’ll finish my 4 weeks of exercise by doing PE on Sunday and then… Probably go into a break for growth. I felt a fairly powerful, sudden and dull pain around jelq nr 50 when the stroke got near the glans. Everything seems fine so I’ll see if that was anything in the next few days. No spotting today, unit felt thicker when edging yesterday.

I couldn’t resist clamping a few sets. Expansion looks amazing even if it’s only a few mm in girth (134-135 to 139-140) and after the second set I edged a little. Length was suddenly almost 190 mm, I could kegel it up to 195. yet girth was only 132, less than my normal max girth. Strange stuff, but unit looked much longer! Maybe the length work of the past few weeks was just highlighted by the increased EQ from clamping. Either way promising (temporary) expansion. I’m still rubbing the redness out of the tip though… I go hard or I go home. Zero PE tomorrow, no matter how excited I may get, I promise! I need the rest day before my last day on Sunday, then growth and decon time. I’ll rest, measuring almost daily, until I know for sure I’m no longer gaining. I expect it will take a month at least (attitude of expecting gains as told by many big gainers).

On a side note I haven’t been together with my lady since last March and we probably won’t meet again until the second half of this year. I suspect I’ll have gained significantly by then and if she doesn’t notice, that’ll be definitive proof that women don’t care or know about penis size. Lol.

I was planning to do a session yesterday but life has this annoying habit of interfering, plus I already finished another 4 weeks so meh, I’ll let Ziggy grow for a month. The accumulated fatigue is something I’ve seen mentioned here or there as an indication that growth will occur in a rest phase so I’ll put that to the test. I’ll kegel and edge. I’m quite sure I won’t resist the temptation to clamp a set or two in a few weeks. Will drop some measurements and pictures (in my parallel thread) as time goes by.

Captn's Wench and other unsuccessful things

W39D1, rest for the past 4 weeks

So I decided to make a Captn’s Wench. construction went fine, but I have the same problem as with my hands when I stretch: too much skin. I haven’t been able to make it work. Even with light force I pull the whole thing over the glans. I’m sure it won’t be so bad when I have more experience, but it frustrated me, so I did 2 sets of clamping, first 10 minutes then 6 minutes (after 10 minute warmup). Now my unit is all spotted again. Finally I ejaculated for the first time since January. All in all, not a successful day today. I don’t know if I want to keep on resting since I don’t seem to have gained at all, but I think this little clamping escapade is the extent of PE for at least a week. Next week I’ll decide. I kind of want to try hanging, my final length goal is only half an inch away after all, then I can do a girth routine. I wanted to try hanging with the wench but that may not happen unless I get my skin under control. Anyway, that’s my rest routine update.

I am cut, but I too had issues with skin pulling over the head and feeling like it was just going to pull straight off my penis in the captains wench as well as discoloration in the head. The good news is this was all resolved by wrapping really well, it takes a lot of practice to get down good but here is how I do it:
1. using a shoe string or something similar create a noose and tie the none noose end to something waist height.
2. Pull skin back and place noose right behind the ridge of the head and tighten down fairly tight
3. take a step back to create tension in the string and a light stretching of the penis
4. start wrapping about 1” back from the head, first wrap should be pretty loose
5. after the first loose wrap pull the skin back again and wrap over the same area but much tighter (repeat 1 to 2 times)
6. again pull skin back and start wrapping down toward base in a spiral type direction, after each full wrap pull the skin back again.
7. once 1-2” from base begin to spiral back up towards the head with whatever wrap you have left (normally 2-3 full wraps for me)
8. place captains wench on as tight as possible (not clamped yet
9. remove head from noose
10. pull skin back and clamp your cable clamp on the wench as tight as you can (it almost feels like its pinching the inner penis).

Once I begin stretching the skin still pulls over the head, but I don’t get discoloration or the sensation that it is going to slip over my head completely and off, and I definitely feel the stretch a lot more on my inner penis than I do the skin.
