Flaccid is hanging pretty heavily now, the pinpricks are already nearly gone, and I’m feeling minorly sore. The next time I’m using the caterpillar (probably Wednesday) I’ll try retracting to my foreskin first so I don’t stretch that instead of my actual shaft. I tend to fowfer at night but not at maximum stretch, just by wedging my head (foreskin retraction is mandatory) between the cheeks, as far as it goes. I can stretch farther but there’s no grip option beyond my cheeks. I think I’ll attempt folding it around a sock or so to increase the distance and therefore the stretch. Next weekend I’ll take some pics and explain the caterpillar better. Yesterday I hit 210 mm (8.27”) BPFSL where my previous maximum was 205 mm (8.07”). BPEL still 7.4”-7.5”. Girth appears to be back up to 135mm, maybe a smidge over. I need harder erections so I should focus on getting my kegels in.

My unit doesn’t feel very worked, but I’m a little tired this week. I haven’t exercised enough and as a result my weak back is getting stiff and slightly painful. Doesn’t help. I did get a decent surprise routine in on monday while I was edging for a while and just ended on a few nice horse440s which really improved my EQ. after leaving it alone until today, I woke up because of night time erections three times last night. So in short: more exercise, better rest.

Tomorrow I can afford to take a nap before attempting PE, I’ll do some girth stuff (softclamped edging, squeezes, horse440s) and start taking caterpillar pictures. I’ll probably edge for a few minutes before bed tonight.

So I had planned to do some PE this weekend but it’s way too hot. Also I’ve been preoccupied with returning back problems. I recently transitioned from being a fulltime student to being a fulltime engineer, and during my sedentary lifestyle of the past 2 months I haven’t paid enough attention to my overall health. Therefore I skipped the PE this weekend and cycled for an hour yesterday, enrolled myself into a local gym and did a good 15 minutes of core workouts just now. Now I need to grind gymming into my weekly habits (thinking about twice a week). I saw only a few girls while picking up the card, but dayum, enough motivation to show up for a few weeks. Yoga pants, man.

I haven’t been updating much lately, because I haven’t seen any positive effects from PE for quite a while now. I threw my structured approach out the window because it failed. Now I just kinda edge now and then and throw in a squeeze and horse440 while I’m at it. I’ve been going to the gym for 3 weeks now. I had morning wood for the first time in weeks this morning, it was quite strong, and yesterday I did strength training. I should back up on the cardio a little.

I’ve been extremely disinterested in sex for the past 2 weeks. Despite not having ejaculated since then, I don’t even want to think about it. It feels like a massive waste of energy.

I tried to edge and measure yesterday and today, but either my unit shrunk or my EQ is bad. I think I’ve lost some gains. I’m back to good ‘ole 185 length and 133 girth. Subliminals, meditation and exercise seem to be ineffective. I recommend full decon for longer this time. Maybe 4 months or more. If I survive that break I can gain again, but I think I’ll have lost interest by then because I’ve been stuck for so long after being so dilligent. At least it taught me a lot about general health and edging. And that porn sucks but permeates our society. I can’t help squeezing, which I consider PE. It results in spotting, so I’m pretty sure it is, I just can’t help it. Maybe I’m afraid of losing any girth I might have gained. I also can’t help edging and kegeling but those should be compatible with decon. So I’ve had 11 weeks of relative downtime and I’ll try to add another 4 while laying off the squeezes. Progress may be slow but the lady has been thoroughly satisfied sexually lately so there’s no rush!

I overdid it as per usual on the edging and squeezing warmdown, it just feels too good. Now I’ve got 2 pale red blotches. I need to get rid of this incessant impatience which has come with recent years. The older I get the less patient I become it seems. At least the kegels are giving me morning steel again. I need to be very disciplined to prevent overtraining otherwise my PE is just going to end in an exercise in futility. I was even planning to already add a set of 20 JAIs. I’m planning to recondition with a simple routine of stretching and jelqing for 6 weeks, then review and adjust to a heavier routine again. I should probably not edge for more than 5 minutes for the time being because I can’t help squeezing. That’s the end of my rant and I am back. Ziggy is still scheduled to grow massively.

I get what your saying about losing patience as you get older. I feel the same way a lot of the time.

To me your routine starting back looks good. I agree that excessive edging can kill rather than enhance EQ. Ten minutes of edging after a workout is optimum for me. Any more than that and it’s like I actually had sex and my EQ takes a hit.

longer jelqs require a bit higher EQ so I think I’ll cut down on the jelq stroke time and lower the EQ too. Despite being careful and not squeezing at all I have minor spotting today.

Hey Crusher! So I’ve been doing PE for about 8 months now and I haven’t seen any results, so I’m trying to figure out what is going wrong

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for this whole time and I am starting to implement two new stretches, the JAI stretch and the V stretch
The reason why I’m also trying to do new stretches is because I always seem to get a erection each time I do it, is it because I’m circumcised
And I have more nerves in my shaft or what I just don’t know.

What is your opinion on all of this and is there anything I should change or add? (Like should I stop the newbie routine or just add more stuff to it?)

So you haven’t gained at all since you started doing PE? That’s a tough one. My first instinct nowadays is to think that if you’re not gaining, it’s because of overtraining. Have you taken a month off and started all the way over at any point? Also there really are too many variables to give you a cut and dry answer at all. Things you could try if you haven’t already is having (longer) warmup and warm down sessions. Edging, adding kegels, supplements, improving your general cardiovascular health… In pure PE sense there are 1001 different ways to exercise your unit… I doubt you’ve tried them all! I’d say mix it up and monitor your PIs, and if that doesn’t work then take a month off. Or two! Then start over at a much lower level of intensity.

Woke up with the perfect EQ for jelqing. So I jelqed (60 reps 5 secs, pinprick spotting on the head, not the skin). Later I edged for ~10 minutes. Later again I heated up my unit for some firegoat rolling, and decided to give it a few (6) A-stretches. Going to repeat this casual low intensity workout tomorrow, possibly with even less jelqing. Gotta keep up the EQ though so I’ll end today with 50 kegels. Really hoping to gain a little in the next 3 months or so. Happy gaining!

I’ve been reading up on some of the posts in the ‘cream’ section. I decided to review my past records and examine where I gained, where I did not, and what my PIs were at the time. From there I started to build the idea that I gained for a month, maybe 2, when I just started with PE. Then I ramped up my intensity as the newbie routine recommended. This is when gains stopped. Then I clamped. No gains. I clamped again. No gains. Decon and another medium heavy newbie routine, no gains. I haven’t gained in almost a year, and now I’m back after my longest decon break ever (2 months).
I only ever gained when I did pretty low intensity stretches and jelqs. I remember because my hands weren’t very strong and I couldn’t keep up the stretches. My hands are much stronger now and I think this increased the intensity of my stretches as a result. I also used wet heat back then. Mild squeezes and kegels improved my EQ despite stretching exercises, and edging seems to work best for me if I limit it to 15 minutes or so maximum.
I’m not usually a fan of results oriented analysis as I am more of a conceptual guy, but the system appears to be too complex. So now I’m just going to stick to a VERY meek routine with just 2 sets of slow, low intensity stretching and low intensity jelqs. Then edge every now and then with maybe 2 mild squeezes, without kegeling in blood constantly and turning it into a manual clamp. I’ll consider any sign of fatigue (either soreness or spotting) to be over-intensity. If this doesn’t produce at least very good signs in two months or growth in 3, I’ll move towards (air) pumping.

I had another thought… It never made sense that jelqing would create enough internal pressure if, for example, clamping does not. I thought about the tiger trap and the tunica tenderizer by Xenolith… Maybe the success of jelqing could be attributed to the gripping/squeezing/crushing force rather than the internal pressure of the blood? And any length gains attributed to slow stretching, JAI-type tugs? Just a thought.

Yea I’ve been doing the newbie routine for about 8 months now, I did stop for like 2-3 weeks cause I was on vacation, but I came back and started to do the same thing

I read a couple of threads and I saw how JAI stretches are amazing and I should give it a try, So instead of the stretches that the newbie routine says that I should do,
I am going to do 3 rounds of JAI and 3 rounds of the V stretch.

Also I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong with my jelqing I just start at the bottom of my shaft and I slowly make my way to the head where I stop. (I stop at the start of the head of my penis)
I believe that’s the correct way to do it.

I see that you said I should try edging, adding kegels, supplements, I can easily do the edging and kegels, just the supplements part I am confused about, By supplements do you mean pills and such?
Cause I thought pills are just a total rip off.
