Thanks for the tip. As stated though I’m just seeing in the concept of pumping speaks to me. Also I’d have to buy everything since I insist on a gauged pump and my gauge is on the cylinder. It’s ok for now, I can deal with the scrotum getting sucked in and when going for girth this is really the only reason to buy a fitted tube. I’m also not maxing it out in length. The inner diameter is 2.44” btw, I overstated it a little.

I’ll probably get a fitted tube at some point but first I want to figure out my prospected schedule and such.

So! W91D3. I’ve been doing vac. stretching and increasing the time under stress, today I did two sessions, the first of about 14 minutes and the second for 25 minutes. Gotta use plenty of tape on the glands (uncut; ouch!) after pulling the foreskin back and securing it with one of the silicon sleeves. Then cover the head with the headpiece, vac cap, second sleeve on top, suck vacuum, and attach a strap. Pretty neat tbh, I can pull a lot harder than before, though I’m still not getting any fatigue.

I’m also pumping on the same days, today I did 2x 10 minute sessions keeping the pressure 100-125 mmHg (4-5”). I edged in between for about 5 minutes and again 20 minutes after. Then firegoat rolls. I’ve done this since Monday with excellent results in terms of morning/night wood. Full edged erection appears to be back to 190mm between the stretching and the pumping. No (temporary) expansion due to pumping yet, but I also threw in a couple of squeezes. Maybe I’m conditioned. Maybe my dick is just tough. I don’t know, but I feel like I need to switch to a more is more approach for a while.

Also exercising vigorously at home (40-45 minute sessions with cali video) 3 times per week.

The vac stretching has had a much better impact on my EQ than regular manual stretching ever had. It was even pleasurable for minutes during the stretch, so the base of my shaft tried to inflate while being maximally stretched. Yesterday I managed to keep the stretch up for 35 minutes with a really good stretch at the base ligs. Afterwards I pumped and edged. I’m getting ok night and morning wood, but I don’t know if that’s due to the edging or the pumping. In order to find out I’ll do one week of edging after vac stretching and then the next week I’ll pump. Whichever gives me better results I’ll continue with.

I think I’m back at the maximum size I’ve ever been, the one in my sig from almost a year ago. After several rounds of decons and no effect, I might actually gain again somewhat soon! Maybe I’m doing it wrong though, stretching for length and on the same day pumping with a wide cylinder. I don’t see how that should really go wrong though. We’ll give it a month or two, occasionally throwing in a curve ball or two by doing something like clamping or jelqing (today I jelqed and pumped). Wish me luck!

I’ve finished my first week of edging after vac stretching. Morning wood 4/7 days, which is pretty good for a length routine. I’m getting the hang of this vac stretcher and figured out a better attachment technique today. Evidently better results are had if I suck the head cup vacuum first when attaching, and then again after I stretch for a dozen seconds. This drains any residual air from between the head-covering silicon cap and the plastic dome cover, which in turn reduces discomfort later. Strangely the past 3 days I’ve noticed an increase in girth when edging. I know exactly how far my middle finger could slide across my thumb when making an O grip around my shaft before, and now I close my grip a few mm sooner. This is a good indication but I don’t know what caused it, yet. I pumped for a little bit too, of course. Vac stretched length seems to have increased a little bit over the past week too, especially under the longer sessions since I now stretch over 30 minutes in one sitting. No erect length increases though (~185 mm last time I measured).

In the past 3 weeks I’ve done 3 weekly exercise sets (mostly cardio, 40-50 minutes each) and I’m getting in shape steadily. Whenever I remember I give the ‘ole testicles a 30 second cold shower blast to get those T levels up, and I’ve been writing a little bit again. If gains come, everything appears to be well!

Morning wood/night wood/nap wood on 3/7 days, my target is 5/7. Probably due to heavy length work. I stretched 6/7 days, skipping the Monday (instead I wrote for 2 1/2 hours). Vac stretch time varied from 35 minutes per day Tu/We/Th to 60+ minutes Fr/Sat/Sun. Actually the last 2 days were not stretching but rather hanging with 4-6 pounds. Since I did most of it sitting down it’s probably significantly less but today I spent at least 25 minutes at 6 pounds straight down. I did 3 kegel sessions this week and I blast my testicles with cold water in the shower 3 times per week for 30-60 seconds. BPFSL seems to be increasing slightly due to the extending sessions but no noticeable erect gains yet.

Cardio on 3 days, core and upper body strength on 2.

Next week: extra kegel day, more consistent hanging times, more meditation.

I’ll be having some family live with me for a month or so from the end of next month which seems a natural moment for a decon break. After that I can try extending/hanging with a pump. I guess hanging will provide a more consistent force than extending since I’ve just been tying a strap to my desk chair, looping it around my knee and then onto the vacuum head. This allows me to adjust the force by stretching my leg, but I guess having a same weight I can further improve control.

I really want some gains. I haven’t seen any in so long.

Daily hanging with edging. Mostly 3.0 kg for 40 minutes, today 3.75 for 33. Felt good, good stretch. No fatigue. Morning wood 4/7 days. 2 days of cardio. BPFSL when hanging is 205-210 mm, hard to tell exactly because of the silicone sleeve and the small pockets of air between my taped glans and the sleeve. So, a small amount of lengthening while under tension. I think I’ll keep increasing the weight until my decon which is scheduled to start at March 6th.

So essentially I’ve been doing the same thing as last week, except hanging is now 2 sets of 18 minutes; one with 2.75 kg and the second with 4 kg. Maybe it’s only one set, because I just hang the first 18 minutes and then add another 1.25 kg and continue for the remainder of the set, another 18 minutes.

I’ve been sleeping a little bit more, done exercises during another 3 days this week… As a result of any of these changes or sheer luck, I hit morning wood 5/7 days this week. That’s been one of my goals. I hit it once, now I have to keep hitting it. And also hope I gain. Oh yeah…! I was supposed to be gaining. Well, I guess the dorsal chord feels real sore after my hanging sessions, but it never lasts. Also zero increased size during edging sessions the evening after or the next morning. I can’t hang more because then it starts to hurt sharp pain rather than pressure. I’ll keep up the hanging for another week and a few days.

Been hanging for 25-35 minute sets once a day this week (I’m too cheap to spend 2 rounds of wrapping lol), starting at 4 kg and yesterday I finished my last 12 minutes on 4.5. That’s 9.92 lbs. 4.25 kg in between gradually added soreness to my base until this morning I felt sore in almost the entire shaft. That means this seems a good moment to end my I phase, so to speak. I don’t have any equipment for a successful P phase (or if I do, I haven’t figured out how to use it properly) so I’ll just start resting for now. My previous rest phases, I think, have been too short. 3 months might be the minimum… Sigh. I should probably just masturbate (not edge, just yank it and release asap) frequently so I don’t get the opportunity to squeeze and hold like I usually do when edging, thereby limiting any “passive PE” risk and truly letting the devil’s horn soften up.

In other ‘news’, I hit 5/7 morning or night wood again this week (this morning being the most vicious, I slept while fowfering). Only exercised once so far, but I’ll do so again today.

Come to think of fowfering… I didn’t have this soreness under the head yesterday but I woke up with it. It’s the broadest part of my unit. Perhaps this was the cause? I don’t fowfer a lot because my penis, when stretched behind me, exceeds the length of my ass crack so I have nothing to secure it with. After the weighty hanging however I could stretch it against the turtling effort at least. Worth looking into as a P mechanism. I can sleep in fowfer until I gradually forget, and that’ll be my P phase into the R phase.

I’ll check back when I hit 2 years of PE, hopefully breaking my 16-17 months of no gains.

Week 102 Day 6

So yeah, tomorrow is 6 weeks of decon. For the past 2 weeks I’ve been going to the gym 3 times per week, resistance training almost exclusively. I’ve done zero PE, sometimes I’ve edged and sometimes I’ve just masturbated, and most of the time neither. Every now and then I do 50 5-second kegels. I’ve been giving my testicles a 30-50 second cold water blast whenever I take a shower. I’ve been reading a lot more, and gaming a lot less. I feel good. I have a lot of morning/night wood, probably around my goal of 5 days per week. I don’t think I’ve gained any size, though it’s hard to judge because I haven’t done any manscaping recently so obviously things look smaller. It looks a little stubbier, perhaps I gained a small amount of base girth from the hanging. My hands tell me that the mid girth has not increased.

Either way I guess I can do another 6 weeks of decon, hitting 12 weeks total which makes it my longest break ever. Then I think I’ll try pumping for a while since my length goals are more aesthetics oriented and the girth increase a little more performance based.

I want to make a special note on EQ and horniness combined with lifestyle choices. Obviously going to the gym, doing resistance training, is going to be excellent for EQ increasing purposes. I am indeed trying to improve myself and my habits. The project will last as long as I live, I’m sure. Going to the gym is definitely one of the bigger commitments to myself I’ve made in a while.

Today would be week 103 day 6, which means next week or the week after that closes my second year of uninterrupted PE! (I count decons as part of the PE structure also, because it is)

I’m starting to itch about getting back into it. I want to try pumping next, since hanging for a few months did not yield results. I’ll skip newbie routine the first 2 weeks or so because it might have hardened my unit before the hanging last time. Maybe pumping will net me something… anything, really. Maybe after 10 weeks off.

EQ excellent, I’m kegeling every now and then. Caffeine only from tea. Gym going strong. I don’t miss meat. I got over it faster than I got over porn. Aint that something.

Week 105 Day 7.

I am 9 weeks into my decon today. I’ll give it one more week, and then start up a pumping routine.

I haven’t done any erect measurements in… a long while. I probably should take a few official ones in the coming week before I start back up, just to conclusively state whether or not hanging has had any effect. I don’t think so, except possibly for some flaccid size, because I noticed somewhere last week that the discolouration mark seems to have crept towards the tip a little. This might indicate a small amount of growth near the base.

Morning wood? Quite all right. I’ve been sleeping better since I started going to the gym steadily 5 weeks ago. I kegel whenever I remember, I don’t really edge or masturbate a lot. I just kind of let the morning wood happen and ignore my dick the rest of the time. Other secondary indicators: horniness is high average and reasonably constant.

Yesterday I had a 5 week progress session at the gym: I gained just under 4 kg, my fat % went down from 11.5 to 10.3, though comparing my numbers with pictures online of guys with 10% body fat, I’m pretty sure the scale is inaccurate. Still a good mass increase with at worst no gain of fat, and the aesthetics are starting to get pleasing. A year ago or so I was on D-aspartic acid which gave me very interesting results, so I ordered it again to see if that can improve my gym, PE, and mental state. I felt significantly more optimistic and motivated when I was on the stuff (it increases testosterone).

It’s also pretty busy at work but Friday should be quiet again, and I expect to feel better. I managed to start up again the day before yesterday. I started with a few pumping sessions, yesterday I clamped. Expansion was pretty bad, I think long duration IR heat is necessary to get to the 144 mm expansion I sometimes used to see a year ago. Now I’m stuck at 140 in the clamp or so which is really only a few mm girthier than my regular erection (which is usually 134 mm). I can’t IR heat right now, it’s far too hot to afford heating any room further.

I seem to have reclaimed some of my losses, now being back at 190 mm, maybe pushing it to 192 mm in length. Still, not as long as my peak which was a year and a half ago, at 195 mm.

The truth is I’ve tried lots of things. I’ve hung and clamped and pumped (though not that much of the latter), did all sorts of manual exercises with great focus and consistency but I haven’t had any gains in a year and a half. I even lost my EQ gains since I started going to the gym again regularly, even though I’ve made massive progress there.

Maybe I’ll give this angion method a go…

I’d really like to see some gains, preferably girth gains, in the next half a year. I’m planning to move to another continent and I don’t expect to have privacy to PE there anymore… Pretty much for life. Time pressure combined with having tried many things that did nothing make me disoriented as to how to proceed.

Quick update: I overslept this morning and morning wood woke me up. So I decided to measure: 190 mm length sustained, 135 mm MEG. With a solid kegel I measured 192 and 136, respectively. At least I lost little to nothing.

My base is still real sore, I think using the angion method I essentially press my unit back into my pelvis which stretches some weird ligaments, lol. I’m probably using too much force, but at least the morning wood is back. I also cycled for 75 minutes yesterday, which helps with the erections. I’ll rest up another day, maybe 2, or maybe I’ll have a real light trial run today before continuing more carefully.I want to give it a fair go after all.

So, notes: careful with the pressure on the angion method. Dorsal column soreness/numbness and base soreness may be indicators of going too hard. In retrospect hand cramps have probably been saying the same thing…

I’ve been doing the angion method for 2 1/2 weeks now I think. Figuring out exactly how the execution goes (especially for the pyramid rush) has been a bit of a mess, but I’ve been getting massive night time erections that wake me up and won’t subside 3 days in a row now. A note on the AM itself: use an oil based lubricant, not a lotion or something. When you go into the PR, you’re in it for a few minutes. Lotion will dry up, and I usually have to take a break to re-apply it, get fully erect again, etc. It’s annoying. With an oily lubricant yesterday I had no issues either with losing hardness or losing lubrication.

At one point in my (PE) life, about a year and a half ago, I maxed out my length ONE time at 195 mm just before ejaculating. It was one of those lucky shot measurements you get before you have to clean your ruler, your clothes, and your sofa. The day before yesterday I saw 195. Ok it was dark-ish but it was AT LEAST 193. I sustained this for several seconds, three times in a row (because I had to make sure I wasn’t tilting my hips too much). I’m pretty sure it was 195 though. Yesterday I measured 193. I haven’t been above ~188 for about a year, probably. My girth is consistently lying at the high end of my options, usually lying between 133 and 135, at rare times 136mm. Now it’s consistently 135 or 136 while edging.

I’ve been taking L-arginine consistently every night again for about a week, and a testosterone precursor each morning (D-aspartic acid) for 2 months now. I’ve been going to the gym for the past 11 weeks doing a mix of resistance and cardio. I’m trying to sleep more.

There’s bad news too: I’m developing some carpal tunnel issues. I’ll stick to the simpler burst expansion for a few days.
