Thanks for the encouragements :) It’s good to be gaining again, these are the first non-questionable gains since my newbie gains with measuring fiasco. I used to measure sitting down which devolved into me slouching to the max and kegeling to get the absolute maximum possible along with penis-pelvis angles I couldn’t accurately reproduce. So I ‘lost’ 5-10 mm by measuring more honestly, and now I’ve got it back.

It’s difficult to pace myself in this 1 on 3 off schedule, so yesterday’s gains really help to tell myself that old saying “if it aint broke don’t fix it”. If I keep gaining like this, I’ll hit 140 mm girth (past 5.5”) by the end of my planning (11 weeks of 1 on 3 off). Any length gains are just fine, I’ll work towards 8” at some point anyway but with 7.5” length in the bag (or sack, if you will (: ) I’m going for girth now. In the clamp I’m hitting 141 mm girth now, 140 previously.
Oh yeah I’m also still practicing my wrapping with CW and doing a single SS and BB almost every day. I don’t think it will ever stop hurting, lol.

Finally my flaccid is staying fat during the day. It’s also encouraging to see that my max girth in the clamp appears to be slowly increasing (I hit 142 mm once today, highest ever). About twice a day I stretch my unit out to the maximum length (~195 mm) but I’m not sure this is the correct choice. At any rate I’m giving my unit ample rest, I also try to edge once per day. The idea behind this is that when microtears are formed and healed, intermittent stretching and edging prevents the microtears to heal smaller by stretching temporary bridging. Erections are easy, are achievable on demand without really being horny throughout the day. It’s oddly controlled. I also wrote down some goal statements based on Kavemonster’s thread. Achieved better expansion than ever in the clamp (to 143 mm; 8 over maximum, 0.32”) but I did also get a pretty big red spot. Also I can still see the discolouration 6 hours after ending my session. So I went in hard and fast, now I’m taking 3 days off as per usual. I’ll do a lot of firegoat rolling in the next few days. I really want this progressive expansion but obviously I don’t want to overtrain and block my own gains. Decisions decisions. I’m actually leaning towards shorter clamping sessions anyway since my EQ isn’t the best it has ever been.

I saw discolouration after Monday and after today, but I firegoat rolled Monday’s discolouration away. I guess I’ll do the same with today’s result. I think I went a little too hard, my flaccid is rather thin and compact. Too bad, I woke up so ready for PE, but messed it up by releasing. Oh well. I look a little longer but every time I check it’s still 185-187 mm. I don’t seem to be able to repeat the 190 mm measurement. Possibly temporary gains from random stretching. Girth in clamp today was 142 mm.

The larger expansion clamping sessions (today was a new maximum in 144 mm; 9 mm (0.35”) up from my max erection) do leave their mark when it comes to the skin being a little red for more than just a few hours. I will incorporate daily firegoat roll sessions to counteract this. I also edged for 10 minutes (11 min on my egg timer) just now, which is about 2 1/2 hours after my session. Morning wood is getting more prominent and frequent, so I think this schedule of 3 shorter clamping sessions is working for me. Next milestone is hitting 145 mm (5.71”) in the clamp, since that’s my girth goal for the year. First I have to hit it under unusual circumstances, though I do wonder if it would be fun to have sex while clamped that big, lol. I resisted the urge to add a 4th clamping event to hit that 145 mm.

Also I’ve been cycling for an hour three times the past 4 days and I want to keep that up now that the weather is better.

What else? Kegels (on average once every 2 days), edging (once per day, twice if I play with my morning wood), and supplements (mostly zinc and L-arginine in addition to glucosamine for my knees). I did 2 SSs and 2 BBs on Sunday.

Now I need to distill the cause for this from yesterday’s mess. Was it the omission of the jelqs? W46D2, still rest day. I’ve been cycling a lot since it’s sunny (part of my route without a shirt, working on that tan) and it’s paying off in terms of EQ. I try to edge once or twice per day for about 10 minutes and yesterday I measured girth again. A repeated 136 mm (5.35”)! That’s another 1 mm (0.04”) since 3 weeks ago, a total of 3 mm since I started clamping seriously 6 weeks ago. I also think I saw 137 mm before deflating ever so slightly but I don’t want to get too worked up about minor details, 1 mm is encouraging but real differences occur only when these mms conspire together.

I’ve also started meditating again, incorporating mental imaging in sight and feeling of my enlarged cock in my hands. I’m happy to be growing again after a few months of stalled gains. I’ll probably wait for another 4 weeks (my planned routine until decon) to take pics, but I feel like the girth is catching up to the increased length again, all in all feeling good.

Fantastic session today. I ended up with a very evenly distributed redness in the expanded area with only 2 of the tiniest red spots I’ve ever seen. I probably hit the bulls eye. Additionally I’ve noticed that my shoulders are getting a little bit more defined on account of the superfluous firegoat rolling I’m doing every day now. I’ll edge in a few hours and meditate to affirm my goals. Expecting (even more) growth soon.

I think I’ve maxed out my clamped expansion with this technique. I still have 3 weeks to go in this schedule, I might end strong with a 4th clamp set in the final week or 2 weeks. Erections are easy and EQ is very good though morning wood seems absent. My irregular sleep schedule doesn’t help for morning wood, so I’m ascribing it to that. I’m edging every day, kegels about every other day. I repeated length measurements at 190 mm several times in rest days 2 and 3 over the past week though it’s usually at 188 mm. I measured length so often now that the numbers don’t impact me at all anymore, and I think the length is pretty good already anyway at 7.5”. Girth felt bigger than ever yesterday so I’m expecting some girth gains too. I’ll try to abstain from measuring girth though just so I have a bigger difference (with corresponding satisfaction) in over a month, when I want to tally up the final gains from this chunk of my PE career (10 weeks clamping 1 on 3 off).

I made myself a little bit of a visualization and sensation projection help so I have a better grasp of what a certain girth feels like, especially useful for my mediation practices. I’m hoping to hit 5.5” in the break I’ll be starting soon (3 weeks to go). 5.7” would (probably) be a fantastic end goal, but I probably won’t be impressed and want to push for that 6”. I’m also thinking that if I hit 6” at any point, I’m unlikely to lose so much girth that I end up being under 5.7”.
