Curious30 progress log

Hey everyone !

So after a lot of years knowing and reading about PE, I finally decided to stick to a nice routine.
I have bought a Bathmate (Hydromax X30), and will use it on top of jelqing and erect kegels.

Here’s how I plan to do it:
Pumping:
Bathmate with however much pressure and for however long it feels nice and strong but not too uncomfortable. Will start from flaccid until my unit gets used to it and I can do it erect. I will follow the recommended times from the manufacturers and the various website (e.g good looking loser) of max 20 min sessions, once a day. If I do not feel any discomfort I might increase the number of sessions, but will not go over 20 min per pumping session.

Jelqing:
I will start with 10 minutes divided into two sessions, using only the C grip (fingers pressing only on the right and left side) to annoy the least amount of veins as possible and still have a good targeting of the CC.

Kegeling:
So for this one, I am already doing quite a lot of kegels. But what I noticed is that after I have done pumping during the day, doing a short erect kegels really makes my unit expand even more, and I can very much feel an almost uncomfortable feeling on what I think is the veins/dorsal nerve. There is no pain though, so I think it’s quite alright. Each squeeze makes the veins (especially the “ribs”, on the sides) go fatter. I think it’s the added blood coming from the erect kegel, which increase the volume of the CC and CS, putting more pressure on the veins and also putting more volume of blood inside them. It’s quite a nice feeling, got this idea from the “Angion” methods, I feel erect kegels give a stronger blood flow and pressure than the latest “Vascion (jelqing only the CS)”.
I don’t really have a maximum for that one since I think it’s not too risky, so I will do it for at least one session of 30 min per day.
If I start not feeling much of the discomfort when doing erect kegels, I will take it as a sign that the blood vessels (especially veins) have recovered and then will do a bathmate on the day.

So to sum it up:
Start with erect kegels (15 min).
If no discomfort, do 5 minutes bathmate (warm water), followed by 2x5 minutes of C grip jelqing, and finish with 10 min of bathmate (ofc this numbers will vary, more or less time in function of the discomfort I have).
If discomfort, warm up 5 min inside bathmate without pressure, followed by 2x5 minutes of C grip jelqing.
End with erect kegels later in the day (15 to 45 min).

Starting stats, measured close to point of no return (bam on average):
Erect length (bone press):14.5 to 15 cm (5.7 to 5.9 inches)
Erect girth (maximum, at mid-shaft): 12.5 to 12.8 cm (4.9 to 5 inches)

Goals (realistic): 6.5 X 5.5
Erect length: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches)
Erect girth: 14 cm (5.5 inches)

Goals (not so realistic): 7 X 6
Erect length: 18 cm (7.1 inches)
Erect girth: 16 cm (6.3 inches)

I want to keep a somewhat sharp erect angle (45 degrees up, if that’s it ? Not straight out, not against the belly, but in between, as I have now when very erect).
I will post every now and then, hope there is some nice progress.
