Maxw 1 Year challenge - Progress Log started at 28-04-2014

Hello. I am Maxw from Europe. I wanted to make this Progress Log for the sake of myself so that I can see my progress throughout the year. This will keep me motivated. I also wanted to make this in order to prove people that PE works. Note though that I still am not sure about this but we will soon find out. I will possibly put pictures if PE is proven successful. I most likely will not post everyday here since it will be a waste of time. I will post when I have made some progress and stumbled upon something I realized or figured out that can possibly help myself and others.

Originally I stumbled about this subject 3-5 years ago but never had the intent to start. Now I stumbled upon Hardcore Self-Improvement - Good Looking Loser and here again PE was discussed and I thought why not try? I have the time in the world and if PE is real the more the merrier.. I have nothing to lose. I have never had an issue about size per se, but since I can make my dick possibly bigger I want to give this a shot.

My starting stats are pretty average / a bit bigger than average: PBEL: 6" and EG: 5" PBFL: 6,26"

I have been doing PE for 2 weeks now and the flaccid size as it hangs there has gone significantly up. Also flaccid length when measured from the base has increased nicely in just 2 weeks. Also few millimeters in erect lengh and girth but I know its too early to tell.. Just was so enthusiastic to try to measure and see if things are progressing. So far so good.

Current stats at 12/05/2014 BPEL: 6,02" EG 5,03" PBFL: 6,37"

Since I am a newbie at this I am doing fairly just manual stretching and wet / dry jelqing.. Nothing fancy nor revolutional. I also noted that I have been doing Edging and will do it more often now even though I didn’t knew the concept before PE so I would say my PC-muscles are in pretty good shape. I intend to do this for a while and see how I progress. If things keep progressing just doing these.. Hey.. Why change something that is not broken?

Congratulations on your success in just a few weeks :) Are you just following the newbie routine?

I am not following any particular routine - I read few of the basic routines and combined some elements here and there. Basically since I am fairly new at this I will keep the intensity pretty moderate. The stuff I do:

-Basic stretches and bundle stretches
-Dry / Wet Jelq for 10-20 minutes
-Edging / Ballooning (I have been doing this without knowing the concept for years.. So I theorize that my dick is in pretty good condition to take PE)
-Some minor clamping manually - basically I hold on the base and the cock fills up like if you would keep a penis ring.. I theorize here that since I have had always pretty tight skin especially near the glans this forces the skin to expand - also this tigthness can be a restriction for bloodflow so this forces my dick to get fully hard. I do this for 1 - 20 secs max repeatedly.. Sometimes switching from this when dick goes to 60% hardness to do some dry jelqing etc.

As I said previously.. Intensity is pretty moderate.

I have had a little bit “less PE, more other stuff” kind of life at the moment. I thought noticed some interesting phenomena as others have said: when you give your unit more rest it gets bigger. My EC is really good and my EG 5,125 has increaced a little.. It might be around 5,15 - 5,18 without even clamping etc. It feels bigger in my hand. The length is also around 6,2 -6,3 inches.

Just a quick update. Have a more intensive go for PE for 1month now so lets see how much I can squeeze more.

goodlooking loser. I know this guy his website. Do you know if he has ever got good PE gains? And what gains came from the Phallosan forte?
