I only take measurements once a year or I get depressed looking at a ruler and measuring tape.
When you feel that burn you think to yourself, that’s the good burn.
That light tingling sensation that tells you progress is yours.

My daily routine.

I always take breaks if I experience sharp pain 1 day to months depending on the pain and its duration.

After morning stuff I will start with a gentle message/milking to get blood flow started (5 min).
After that I put on my ADS (3 to 6 hours).
Another gentle message/milking to get blood flow going (5 min).
I put my ADS back on (3 to 4 hours).
Another gentle message/milking to get blood flow going (20 min).

Through the day I take the device on and off for 5 to 7 min at a time for things like bathroom breaks 4 to 5 times a day. Some days I take the device on and off more, but this is typical. I also dry very well after breaks and milk all fluid out to prevent moisture problems.

Pumping days are about 30 to 40 min. Pumping is three 5 min sessions with 3 to 4 min breaks between. I watch some porn just to keep an erection while pumping, but this is just looking over to stimulate the blood flow, but not watching it the whole time.

I will often do gentle message/milking to get blood flow going when the device is removed.
Often I find I am doing PE a large majority of the day.
This has been my routine for the last 2 or so years.

My obsession is what keeps me going, the question is will I ever stop.
