DedFace Progress and Accountability Log

The intention of this thread is to log progress periodically and ask specific questions with regards to my goals/routine. I am approaching PE from a casual angle, and currently have no intention of buying equipment. I will still maintain a consistent regiment, since it seems that is the overall factor for those posting success.

My routine currently consistents of a short warmup of stretching all angles for <5 minutes, 4-6 sets of downward stretching for 2 minutes each, and 4-6 sets of ~50 dry jelqs each.

After reading through many progress logs, I hope I can contribute some information, personal experience, or at least some data points.


Starting measurement: 6” x 5” 6/15/18

Short term goal: 6.5” x 5.25” - 12/15/18

Long term goal: 7.5 x 6” - 12/15/20
