Horse squeezes , you must be as hard as you can, make an ok grip in base tight ,then loose a little then pump blood as much as you can with kegel and then tight again the ok grip .

Do an ok grip very small to the head and start to go down to the other ok grip and stop when you pass the head ,stay for 10 secs and let go the first grip and then the other .

I think that is similar to what I call the double end squeeze ( the horse440 squeezes). But I only do it at 50% erection.

Barely hit 5.75 after workout today. Yesterday, I ended my nofap streak and binged and my EQ took a hit.

Of course, EQ and overall size tanks after orgasm in most people. Very few guys can ejaculate and maintain the same erection again without waiting hours.

Whether or not orgasms after workouts or during rest periods effect gains is still disputed. Personally I think not ejaculating will yield better results because blood lingers and engorges the penis for longer and more frequently because you’ve got pent up sex hormones. But I find it way too hard to resist the urge after 45 minutes of PE while watching porn.

Hey fellas! Sounds like positive results with all the stretching routines. I do that too but introduced hanging about 3 months ago. Quick gains with about 20 mins a day 5 days a week. Super easy. I usually stretch after to get lots of blood back in the unit. I started at about 6.5 erect, 5.75 girth. After 3 short months, 7.0 erect, 6 inch girth.

And this is with my own homemade device. I am limited to about 5 lbs because my devices start to slip. But I want more weight.

I am cheap and new to hanging.

But I broke down and invested in a Male Hanger

50 bucks.

Seems like a reasonable investment, and their website is very informative.

Yeah Excessive Porn and masturbation have destroyed my eq. Can’t stay hard for any longer than a few seconds, especially while I’m standing. This makes measurement very difficult.

Congrats on your recent success. A lot of us guys here have stepped off porn entirely. I would recommend you do the same thing. The effects are subtle and permeate through multiple aspects of your life. Personally I’ve been off porn (with a few weed-induced relapses) for about 3 months now. That stuff is slow poison. It’ll be difficult at the start but I definitely (again) recommend giving it a try. You can measure later and on different occasions. What use is a higher EQ measurement anyway if you can’t normally achieve it? Anyway, good luck and keep it up!

You’re right, I tried to cut out porn and masturbation. I only did it for two weeks and quit. I hard to give up but I’ll still try. Thanks, and Good luck to you too.
