I'm doing a 30 Day Workout Countdown

Yesterday was day 30 15 min manual stretching.

Today is Day 29-: 10 min manual stretching and 10 min jelqing.

Measured Today at 5.8 in but my eq is shit because I ejaculated 4 times in the last 24 hrs.

I hope to get to 6 in before my countdown is over but all gains are accepted.

I jelqed tried to make each jelq as slow as possible After 2 more days at 300 jelqs I’ll bump it up to 400 then 500 after a week.

Just Reviewed My Journey

I took a look at my whole pe career and found out that if I put all the work I have done it would be probably be 4 months or much less. While my length gains are amazing 1.25in+. I could do so much more. I have seen how effective it is being consistent.

One Thing I've Noticed In PE:

In the Intensity of the workouts less is more,

But in the total volume of the more is more and an exercise is performed is more important than the both of them. Other PErs do you agree? !

Evening Workout

300+ jelqs + 50 ULI-d jelqs + 200 jelqs (morning)= 550+ total jelqs

Jelqing at mid to high erection levels.

Having a hard time focusing on each rep as I feel that is the most important thing for growth.

P.I.s are awesome I get boners too frequently.

I have also been trying to cut out porn but it has been very difficult.
