I honestly don’t think about the time anymore but I just focus on other things like pe gains and bodybuilding. Once you know 100% that plrn is the cause you no longer want to ever look at it again. It is not a struggle to avoid watching it because I know the consequences. I don’t know how many people here ever experienced porn induced ed but having it in your early 20s is one of the most depressing things. Im just happy I finally realized that it was actually the porn that caused my severe ed. I did 300 very slow jelqs 4-5 each (at the size of 4.75 NBPEL that’s very slow)😊.

I also edged 200 reps but a bit slow like a second each, stopped like 3 times 😔. But I’ll get better.

Also I don’t know how fast I should edge. I currently do 1rep/sec.

Still It is crazy how the women magically avoid measuring correctly to give a bigger measurement. For example a women was measuring diagonally across the penis to give it a bigger measurement. I used to think 6.5nbp is kind of small/average.
