This morning my workout was

Total close to 2 hours.

I seem to be gaining lately, I’ll try tip post stays after my 30 day roitine is over. I’ve gone half way on it 15 days in.

Ejaculated today. I’ve ejaculating everyday lately my porn blocker app was faulty so In was watching porn :( But I’ll do something about it.

You have to take the stance that you don’t need porn. And…one thing that helps me a LOT?

I wear pants at home. Not just boxers but jeans. Till I’m actually going to bed. Makes it harder to absently feel myself and also requires me to consciously take off my pants and realize what I’m doing. Just a tip I’ve found useful.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks, when I watched porn it was like hmmm let take a peak I haven’t seen it in a few days.

Take it from me “Lets take a peek” is a bad road to go down. *sighs* I’ve done it. It even was the thing I wrote about doing before my last slip.

It’s the same reason I won’t block porn. It cannot stop the intelligent mind from disabling the filter if it is determined enough.

I Think I Know The Cause Of Size Insecurity

Ego, It is almost always affected by eternal validation. Increased external validation causes a big ego and when that validation is not given, Insecurity sets in. “I wonder why I’m not the biggest guy”. Or better “am i the biggest guy you’ve had”. One day you will run into guys bigger than you, what will you do?. Kill your ego only validate yourself internally . Myself as an example I am totally insecure with my size. But not with my height, I’m extremely average in height (5’9) but I do not wish to be taller. Why, why am I ok with my height but not with my dick?. Because I absolutely do not care about my height or what anyone thinks about it. Height is almost always number 1 on any womans list. Yet guys are comfortable being average heighted. Why doesn’t anyone wish to be 8 foot or 7 foot. 6 is slightly above average, It is Ideal. But few are ok with an ideal penis 6-8. Girls think 6 +feet is Ideal. But have dated guys below that. That’s almost the same thing with our dicks.
Back to my original point. We seek outside validation to boost or crush our ego because we do not know if we are normal, good, alright, or special. Guess what, the other person does not know too they are only comparing us to their experience. Comparing, we think by compare and contrast. We see that short guy being successful with women, or that ugly guy, or that broke guy… We also see these people become successful in life. It gives us HOPE if he can do it why can’t we, but we don’t know about penises because we don’t see them often.

I’ve personally never seen or heard of a person that is was my pre PE size (3.5NBPEL) be successful with women I’m sure they are, but they rarely share their experiences.

But how about how my size makes me feel. Does it look good to me ( guys normally have a size in their head created by porn which they compare to. If you doubt me think of when you never saw porn. You thought your dick was ok. Sadly it has also affected women hence the mindset of size queens who don’t know how a big dick really looks or feels.)
Think of what PE does for you. The personal growth, the sense of satisfaction from peing consistently. The satisfaction of seeing your dick bigger, the moment your significant other notices (Note: this not her opinion, It is a fact you are bigger :) Not 8x6 because 8x6 may look like 6x5 to some women or 9x8 to others if, you understand what i mean. People’s definition of big is different ). You will notice your satisfaction is much greater.

Your observation about the ego’s point of view about height and penis size is extremely interesting. Especially because there are quite some studies that women consider 6-feet and more really more attractive.

Sounds like something that should be asked to folks expressing their concern about dick size - if they have the same insecurities about their height too.

Taking A Few Days Off

I normally do pe very late in the night and that is one of the things that has affected my sleep cycle. I go to sleep 4-5am, I’ve been getting very low quality sleep which hurts my morning wood and pe workouts.

Usually, I’m doing my routines late at night. So I can say it’s certainly a poor choice at times. Right now I’m not constrained about my time but…in about 6 weeks I’ll have to figure somethin’ out. Hopefully you fix your sleep schedule, as that is important.
