I gotta be serious with the weight loss too.

Went from 36 to 34 inch waist in a month but as usual I didn’t stick with it.

I think what would help me is breaking up the duration of PE.

PE ten minutes when I wake up

PE ten minutes before I go to bed.

Plus main routine. This is an easy way to work up to an hour or more a day.

Unfortunately I was only able to complete 30 days of that routine. I am now over 6 in so I hid my ruler. If I stayed consistent I would have been pushing 7 bpel by now, *sigh*.

30 min stretching

And ten minutes girth work,( uli, horse 440s, jelqs, edging- with no porn this time, taking Houston woods advice, there’s less pressure to ejaculate too.)

Didn’t do night work out after the gym.

Did my workout noticed more viens during work out today. But Looking at pictures on social media and pmo was bad two days in a row.

Crazy Thing I Noticed

Looking through my old logs, I was really inconsistent.
I gained an inch in less than two months if I take out all the breaks.
I literally played around with stretches and jelqing for two weeks and got .5 in length, :)
I remember me not jelqing over 50 reps.

Rn I’m hoping for .1 in a month or two.

Did workout today. Used porn for girth work, didn’t ejaculate though. But I regret that, it was more about masturbating than edging and uli at least that’s what I felt.
I would try not to repeat that I regret it. It’s just hard to stay away.

Anyways I’m looking a bit thicker and veinier, hoping for a 5 in mseg next year.

Been consistent for a little bit more than a week now.

Ejaculated today decided to measure post workout. It was so tempting to measure.

I measured at 4.875, might have to move my goals soon but only after I achieve 5 mseg,

Might get passed it soon as I’m only ten minutes of girth work as I’m focused on length. When I work up to an hour of girth work every day. I might get to 5.25, I hope .
