Tried some dynamic stretches today. They are useful when I forget my phone and don’t have a timer. I could just count the reps

For me, stretches are 30 seconds each for 5 minutes. So I find it quite easy to time them. I just yank it in whatever direction and count to 30, Firegoat roll, and on to the next set. When I’m doing my rotaries, it’s just 30 times around, in each direction. Jelqs on the other hand, I look at my clock on the wall. It’s pretty easy to figure out 10 minutes from that. Guess I’m just very old school.

Yeah but my seconds counting sucks, I always count too fast or too slow.
Well right now, I’m thinking of what time my workout should be. My family hates when I stay too long in the bathroom.

Do you think 10mins spent PEing for 4 months would give at least a .1in gain? Ha when I was a newbie that was enough to give me a full inch *sigh*.

Hey man there is no guarantee on what you can gain or not for that matter. I will say though, sometimes the guys who spend the least amount of time with their routines, gain quicker. You may exceed that .1” with 10 minutes a day for 4 months. I don’t want to say I guarantee it, but with your resolve to want it, I don’t see it not happening for you. :)

I'm Starting A 50 Week Challenge

I just did a 30 day challenge and the first half was very successful (.25 inch of girth in 2 weeks).

I want to do it for a much longer time 50 weeks.

This it how it will go:

Measuring the first week and every week after the fifth week.

It consists of:

Static and Dynamic stretching

Jelqing and Ulid jelqing

Squeezes

For 10 to 20 minutes

3-7 days a week

I don’t know if I can keep something up for that long, but if I’m consistent for 30 out 50 weeks I’m good. If I fail I’ll start over, the good thing is I’ll be starting over with a bigger dick :) .

I want to know, is there a benefit of gripping higher on your dick like closer to the base, or it just stretches skin?

At different times, I grip in different locations on my shaft. Even some grips closer to the base. By not stretching at the same location all the time, I feel I’m preventing rawness, minimizing stretch marks, and staying away from a deformed look to my penis. I always try to mix up the routine a little to give a better overall workout. Just don’t stretch holding the glans.

About me using specific time, you are right, PEing early in the morning when I wake up is best for me, I have been consistent during the past three days so that is great.

I believe the kind of fast gains you made from the very light intensity and light force PE are what is called EQ gains. Basically gains that come from getting erection improvements. EQ gains do not count towards the 2” maximum. So in almost 100% certainty your baseline is the 5” nbp you achieved so easily and that means you would (as an avarage lucky guy) be able to gain 5+2=7. Im willing to bet on it that gains that cone so easily are EQ gains!!

I didn’t achieve 5nbp easily, haha but I achieved 5bpel effortlessly so you might be on to something thanks

But also that 2inch maximum is outdated is possible to get over that as many people on this site have

I had lost some size because of my layoff

So from 6 bp to 5.8, but probably will gain it back in two weeks.

I am hoping to make it 7bp this year and 6.5 nbp too I’ll have to lose some weight though. :)
