I’m amazed at the results in just a few days of using the “The Newbie Routine”
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
I was doing some stretching and jelqing before finding Thunders, but this has really helped to have a routine instead of trying to figure out things for myself through online tutorials that don’t explain anything. As I said prior, erection quality was a big reason I stumbled upon PE.
Well I can say I’m maintaining erections like I haven’t in years. Rock hard erections. I get erections just with the slighted thought of sex and sometimes not. It’s awesome! It’s almost as though it’s a second puberty. This time I’m not embarrassed to be walking around with a boner. I love it!! :)
As for growth, I have noticed some as well. My dick is actually much thicker than before. I don’t know if girth should be coming yet, but I’ll take what I get. It also seems my flaccid length has grown slightly as well. I haven’t measured, but you kind of know your body and I never dangled like this in my 40 years here on earth.
I can honestly say I have gotten an ego boost from this. I feel so much more energized than I have in a long time. This may be the greatest thing I have found for myself, to really boost my self esteem.
Anyway, I’m going to continue working at it and will update any more results. Tomorrow will be my rest day. It will be hard to do anyway with so much family around for Thanksgiving.
