Hello All,
Today was a day I took a break from my PE workout. Why I’m writing today, is not that I have any issues with my penis. Everything’s great in that department. I still love what I’m seeing. It’s my testicles that I’m a bit concerned with. I totally feel like I was kicked in the nuts, pardon my French.
Since I started PE, I haven’t masturbated. Like I stated yesterday, I have been experiencing so many rock hard erections, yet I haven’t relieved myself at any time. It’s been hard, but I read a good part of the routine is not to masturbate while doing it. I don’t want to lose any of the results I’m seeing, yet I do want to get rid of the discomfort.
Is the discomfort something I’m just going to have to get used to? I know with any workout there will be some discomfort level.
Are there any suggestions on what I may be able to do to relieve it, now or in the future if this is going to be common? I did take a hot bath, which did help some. I went from a discomfort level of about an 8 down to a 5.
