Hello All,

Today was a day I took a break from my PE workout. Why I’m writing today, is not that I have any issues with my penis. Everything’s great in that department. I still love what I’m seeing. It’s my testicles that I’m a bit concerned with. I totally feel like I was kicked in the nuts, pardon my French.

Since I started PE, I haven’t masturbated. Like I stated yesterday, I have been experiencing so many rock hard erections, yet I haven’t relieved myself at any time. It’s been hard, but I read a good part of the routine is not to masturbate while doing it. I don’t want to lose any of the results I’m seeing, yet I do want to get rid of the discomfort.

Is the discomfort something I’m just going to have to get used to? I know with any workout there will be some discomfort level.

Are there any suggestions on what I may be able to do to relieve it, now or in the future if this is going to be common? I did take a hot bath, which did help some. I went from a discomfort level of about an 8 down to a 5.

What you are describing sounds like “blue balls” and it’s an ache that rises to a sharp pain in your testicles when you do PE a lot or stay erect for a long duration without orgasm.

There’s no cure for that, just orgasm once or twice weekly to keep that to a minimum because that pain is something else. I find it hard to sit sometimes, as it will move the testicles around and they’re incredibly tender if I actually let it go that far.

I figured it was “blue balls” since I have experienced that before in which I just masturbated and got it over with. Okay, so here I am again. I’m probably annoying everyone with these random posts every other day, but doing so it keeps me focused. I’m not going to quit, this is very important to me. Yes, I really have nothing new to report. I am keeping up with the newbie routine, which stands to be a very important part of my daily routine. Took the one day rest, which was so needed with the “blue balls” I caused myself from what I believe were too intense of workouts. With the excitement of seeing and feeling a difference, I found myself falling into “the trap” of wanting too much - too soon. I’m sure that happens a lot? It’s my first of many learning experiences on this journey.

With my last go at it, I toned it down. I made sure to keep a closer eye on the clock, something I really wasn’t doing so much before. I was probably jelqing far past the required time recommended for newbies. I also wasn’t taking the rest days, which I now know why they are critical.

I’m sure everyone has made mistakes along the way, but learning from those is what matters. Not giving up, but persisting in our goals. I am so grateful for the strong support team here at Thunders. I know with my conviction and your leadership I will succeed.

Everything’s going great. Finished my routine for the day. Still the newbie routine. No new measurements, I plan on waiting until the end of my first month for that. I want to be pleasantly surprised, which I know I will. Just by the feel and look of my penis, I really can notice a big change. And I almost forgot about the morning wood. Over the past 4 days I have been waking up with erections again. Something that before I started this routine was few and far between.

I’ll take your word for it that this has worked for you? I like that it’s a slow process, because she will be more unlikely to notice the gradual increases. REST DAY!!

That being said, should rest days be “total - all out” rest days or should kegels still be done. I also had a question on stretch marks. I take it this is normal and I’m actually excited to see them. Weird, but it tells me whatever I’m doing is working. Though mine aren’t bad yet, I was just wondering if anyone can recommend anything to minimize the appearance of them before they turn into something the ladies may freak out about? I don’t need them thinking I have any of those extra special gifts to give them, that they really don’t want.
