I'm Not Going To Workout Today

I only Edged today for like 20 min. My PC muscle and my dick hurts. I’m getting painful erections. Surprisingly I’m not turtling and I get frequent erections which sucks because it is kind of painful

Take a few days off. May have put in too much work but you’re fine. Just take the time for yourself.

My Workout Today

I woke about 2:50 am today to PE lol couldn't sleep. This was my workout this morning:

Heat wet rice sock in microwave for 1 min apllied it to my dick for———————— 6+min.
Powdered stretch in all directions and all the stretches I can think of ————- 22+min.
Wet jelqs 300 reps for —————————————————————————24min, 30+ seconds
Edging for —————————————————————————————— 23min, 30+ seconds
Uli for ——————————————————————————————————— 1+min.
Total time ————————————————————————————————-01 hr 17 mins and 20.17 seconds

Thanks, PIs are very good. My flaccid hang is very nice. And the ease of erections are better :) .

Erections are Way Too Hard

I’m having boners that last too long and are way too hard after some time it starts to hurt. Eq feels like 11/10. I don’t know if I’m hurt or it’s just my eq dont know. I’ve been edging and I haven’t came in 3 days.

Roughly 5 min warmup rice sock.

Stretches 20+ minutes

300 jelqs my phone died so I dont know how long it to complete the jelqs probably 25+ mins, the jelqs were slower this time.

Edging roughly 20 minutes. Took about an hour.

Ejaculated today. It feels much better when spaced out in a week. Load was thicker and bigger and orgasm was much longer as a result but I think edging has something to do with it.

It definitely has to do with edging. I think a lot of people would like to have your problem of getting too long lasting and very hard erections.
In that, you certainly found the right way.

But painful it should not be!

So for the sake of a healthy dick, maybe cut a little bit down on jelqing and allow yourself a wee bit more ejaculations.
I’ve heard it’s a very pleasurable thing :-)

As in nearly everything in PE, it’s about finding the equilibrum between edging as EQ-booster and ejaculation as EQ-destroyer.
I konw there is the Tantra way of having dry orgasms (Google, my friend, here I search…) but I still did not start to try that.

Yes you are absolutely right. In my experience I think 15 min of edging and ejaculation once every three days will be good. My EQ was still great even after ejaculation. By the way I’ve cut out porn, I still use visual aid but I will slowly wean myself off it. My hands are enough for getting of I have noticed.
Heard about tantric sex but I don’t fully understand it. Well I’ll do more research.
