Dsd's Progress Thread

Still been doing PE missed like a day or two but been consistent so far, I have been sick and busy it’s hard to be consistent plus my motivation is decreasing.

Did 30 minutes of stretching after 2 days of no PE. Have to work hard and be more consistent since I have big GOALS :D .

My weight loss has been going great, got down to 164 but went back up to try and fix my metabolism, because I’ll plateau fast if I keep eating too little. I sometimes have to remind myself to eat and not skip a meal but my appetite is getting better therefore my metabolism is increasing, before I was just cutting calories to see how far I could go, bad idea, weight would drop fast but also muscle and would plateau quickly.

Well I’ll see how this week goes I’m getting better been sick for the past month but still achieved my goals although they were a bit difficult.

The last two weeks, has been great fairly consistent, but at this stage in PE I have to be REALLY consistent, so I’ll change that.

Weight loss is great other people are now noticing, Down to 162 lbs right now. It’s great I’m eating more and losing weight faster, It would slow down now because there is less of a caloric deficit.
Trying to be more consistent with workouts in the gym that’s going great too.
So that’s my update for this thread lol,
Just did an hour of light stretching, my workout for the morning.

Everything is good lost little bit of length don’t know why, it seems when I gain girth I lose a little bit of length. It’s seems like those squeezes and AM’s are working :D hehe,
I’m tired of waiting to get to my goal, to get some action but I just afraid of embarrassment of being short in size.
I don’t know what to do, guess I just have to accept my size. Worked very hard to change it, and still not satisfied in the end. I just have to make up for it in the gym, and good skills, even with all that I could still get rejection.
Maybe I should stop caring if I’m seen as inadequate.

Dude, congratulations. Your hard work is clearly showing. You gained a lot of length, girth, and have lost a lot of weight. Beautiful man. Be very proud of yourself. Stay motivated even through the darkest days. That kind of motivation is what has gotten you this far.

Great gains! I will sometimes measure almost 5” girth when not fully erect, but once my eq hits a 10, my cock thins down to 4.75”. It’s a bummer, but I know I will get to 5, just got to keep working!

Thank you so much. Sometimes I get in my head a lot, can’t sleep so I come hear to rant. I’m glad that I could inspire people. Your comment is really helpful and motivating, all of y’all in fact. It great to have some feedback to keep you motivated. I really appreciate all your responses.
