Seeing the Bigger Picture

I wanted to lose 15 lbs to get down to 135 and get super lean, or get as lean as I can get. Then I thought to myself after that what next, I sure can’t maintain being 135lbs at 5’10, and if I don’t, what is the use getting there. I’m not saying getting to single digit bodyfat is unattainable, but being realistic. It is much easier to be 8% bf at 170 lbs than at 130. You will be around your natural set weight, which is more attainable.

I know if I hit 7-8% at 135lbs it would be amazing but I know I can’t stay there, so it’s pointless.

But if I increase my Lean mass by like 30lbs in maybe 2-3 years I’ll be able to stay that lean and look better.

Eating 2000 calories and 1+ hr cardio to maintain weight isn’t realistic.

Those of you wanting to lose weight with a slow metabolism like mine should gain more muscle to lose more fat and maintain it.

40 Days Gain

I’ve been counting how many days. I got hurt after the first week gave a week to heal and continued.

I have finally reached the 2 inch club at 6.5 x 5. I just have to keep going and be more consistent. measuring again after 20 days.

I like how the gains are incremental but enough to keep me motivated.

Just have to be patient and enjoy the process I’m learning that everyday.

I guess answer is natural growth, big fatpad not allowing bpel push to bone and unknowing partial ed. Not taking away from dany effort just my guess 2+ inches nbp is too much from just pe in this time!

You might be right about the natural growth but there are people on this sub who are older and gained much faster than I did.
Yguy gained 3 inches in a year. Okish6er gained 2 x 1 in one year that’s insane.

2 inches in a bit more than 2 years seem kinda average to me.
Plus I’m not gaining fast, just not linear, I basically didn’t gain much from the start of this year to half way through

Yes kind of before I got injured now I stretch 30-40 min and alternate with jelqing 10 minutes for another day, Im still recovering from an injury

Now I get it why gaining length was a struggle for me its because I was undertraning and I should increase mins of streching to 15 at least when im back and my jelqing to 15 too.

Yeah kind of I’m most of the time consistent.

Staying off girth work for another 2-3 months.

Ulis are dangerous and I was ignorant about it.

I will try soft clamping soon after It sounds really promising and safer
