I don’t really have a good before photo but I will look for one.
I was really self conscious about my gynecomastia(permanent manboobs) so I didn’t like taking pics till I got a bit leaner.
I’m also not done with the transformation so not a clear after pic.

I took my first pic after I already lost 25lbs. I regret that but it wasn’t really planned I sort of just went with it. After I got sick and was eating less. Over time I worked out more and ate healthier to get to where I am now.

No problem. I don’t think it’s extremely noticeable but there are ways to fix it. Surgery is one option but I think the best one is building your chest up to fill it out.
