bundled stretches have become my new fav. I also do a bundled jai stretch. Never tried the behind the cheeks sounds awesome.

If you get a piece of pvc pipe or a broom stick for the fulcrums it will help. Stretch each section of the shaft from bottom to top focused fulcrums I think thats how he does it his fulcrums stretches.

I use my wrist for fulcrums. I’ll find a cylindrical object to add and use for fulcrums as well. I just like his idea of shorter intense stretching

Yes! So nice man, and you just started fulcrums for sure you will gain so much from them. I do a few behind the cheeks a day, working my way up but it’s a good sign you say 20x1mins stretching is very intense when other guys at MoS are doing 2 hours! Per day to grow, means you have lots of growth left.

Yes I was doing 50 minutes of continuous stretching and it wasn’t as intense because your hand gets tired. Doing another 20 x1 right now
