I’ll quit PE for a week or two and stop jelqing all together. My cs always feels irritated and inflamed

Taking a Break From PE

I have to recover from my injuries and take a six month decon break. I’ll only edge and ballooning to hopefully maintain my size.

My stats right now:

NBPEL 5.875

MEG. 5.00

BPEL: I don’t know

6 months edging and ballooning routine.

I might even give it a 1 year rest. Give my body and Mind time heal.

I was holding off sex till I reach a big size but now. I’ll do the opposite lol.

Please say your BPFSL would be great to know.

Also I have read from guys like going411by7 that when he took a several year brake he never got back to his pre-brake BPFSL again.

You should be able to to 10 minutes of serious stretching every day. You can take a brake from the forun and thinking about PE while you still do 10 minutes of really hard stretching per day!

I have most of my life to PE, so I don’t really care about losing that right now lol,
My bpfsl is a little over 7 inches.
The only thing I’ll do is edging and ballooning

I agree! Just dont want any of the sacrifice and pain you put into PE be lost! Edging and balooning is great to hear you are planning! If I were you I’d do the 10minute daily stretching or buy myself a bathmate hydro 7 (old hercules). Over 7” SFL means some gains waiting to be cemented and turned into erect length. I think after a year of pumping should you choose to go the bathmate route you will be 7” erect all that SFL gap vs the BPEL will be filled in. Might also happen from edging but thats harder to be consistent with atleast for me! Good luck and merry christmas man!

If I lose my BPFSL It might take 6 months and I’ll gain it back. 7 inches is not my final goal, I’ll gain past that, so I’ll always get there again.

Maybe my body really needed this break. I gained after quitting PE.
Maybe I was overtraining. My new measurements

BPEL 6.620 ( not quite 6.625)
NBPEL 5.95 ( 6.125 with a tape)
MEG 5.00 (+/- .125)

Yep that’s also why I took this break, I wasn’t growing during PE when I was supposed to
