Update On Fitness
I’m planning to do a recomp, build muscle and not gain any fat because I’m already too fat right now.
I’ll eat at maintenance and lift to gain muscle. I don’t want to diet right now because, that messed up my hormones, so I’ll lift and eat at maintenance, and post updates every month for 6 months then after I’ll go back to losing weight.
This is my pic, I look better than I really look because of the light is directly above me. But I’ll post pics the same way every time.
I’ll post this because you guys wanted a before and after for my last weight loss.
