Awsome, the best part is compared to many others you honestly don’t need much to gain still. People have to hang 10lbs+ twice a day to gain when they hit a “post newbie gains period” and you gain from 20 minutes :D You’ll get to 8 SFLsoon I’m sure!

Yeah thanks. I can always up the time and intensity so in 6 months I might get to 8in sfl or atleast half way there. I wish you would reach your goals as well.

I think the most important thing in PE (im definately not an expert just reading a lot of big gainers routines) is never stopping. Never take brake, ever. Like going411by7 he gained almost 4 inches in SFL, then he took like 4 years off PE and he could never again reach that SFL, even in 10 years after starting again.

I am very scared of mental burn out since I have gotten it before from overthinking PE so much thinking about it all the time. I just stopped doing anything and played pc games for 6 months thankfully I hadnt really gained anything so didnt really lose anything either. But I’m trying to come up with a routine that I’ll be able to do every day for the rest of my life. Maybe taking 2 days rest is great for you, but there is a Huge danger in having rest days. 1-2 rest days can easily become weeks when we have been into PE for a long time.

Doing at least 20minutes of stretching a day and just having a daily 20minute PE session upon waking or before going to bed or on the toilet or wherever as a rule of life is important I think.

I used to do that too but I’m trying something new, as that doesn’t work as well anymore. I’ve also been doing this for a while the trick is experimenting to find out what works best for you. If 5 on 2 off doesn’t work as well as everyday I’ll go back to it.

Came off my diet at the start of this month and I’ve put almost half the weight back, nothing is really permanent lol. Never thought I’ll get this high again but it happened I have to make changes

Have you tried intermittent fasting? It changes how your body uses the calories so you can eat more in total but still lose bodyfat.

I try to fast 18 hours out of every 24 if I want to lose fat. Then to maintain I just need to fast 13 hours.

So losing fat I stop eating 3 PM and dont eat until 9AM next morning.

Maintaining stop eating at 6PM eat next time 7 AM morning after.

Yes diet fads don’t work long term. My best bet is to just eat healthier and be disciplined. I don’t to be hungry for any period of time that is what made me regain the weight.
I’ve learnt a lot for this weight loss every month it throws a new curveball.
I have learnt 3 things about weight loss.
Your weight is based on your genetics so if you’re a fat guy and want to be lean you’ll have to build muscle. I tried to lose 35lbs it was successful and tried losing 10 more ended up gaining 14lbs.

Doing what is comfortable long term is best. If IF works then do it, just doesn’t work for me. Counting macros works well but I cannot eat low macros without messing with my hormones.

Keeping the weight off forever is difficult and more important than losing it and how you lost the weight matters the most in this.

Yeah I understand also Ive never had actual visible abs like you I like to think my ab fat is incredibly stubborn :( So I dont know how hungry you get when you are that lean. I will try another run of 18hr fasting and see if I can ever get abs.

I get hungrier when I’m off my diet. On my diet I don’t get hungry no matter how little I eat I just get dizzy if I’m not eating right. But there are hormones in charge of your appetite leptin and ghrelin I think, diet too much or too hard and they get out of sync you get way too hungry or not hungry at all. My appetite was insane after my diet, I would eat till I felt sick and I was still hungry, my agressive diet was the cause.

I don’t think IF messes with that for everyone but it did for me. I would fast the whole day with an eating window where I’ll basically overeat and eat 3000 calories in one meal and just felt sick.

The key to losing weight is to know what works best for your body.

For me that was 4- 6 meals.

This time buy a scale and calculate how much you are eating. Eat more protein and lift 5 days a week.

Like I said before your weight is mostly genetic, but with muscle you can be leaner and be heavier.

Try doing your transformation in 8-12 months nothing less. I regret try to do shit to fast, because you will stall and get setbacks if you do and end up taking more time. Good luck
