I’ve continued working out every second day, with the odd two days off. I felt discouraged after last measurement, but did a great deal more research. I am constantly experimenting and reading to figure out what works for my body.
Today:
Bathmate 10 minutes warmup, mild-moderate pressure to minimize fluid
40 five-second viking kegel squeezes
20 five-second slow squash jelqs
2 thirty-second ulis (EQ was lowering by this point.. Learning to read my body)
5.25” expansion! Great session.
After that, did a 10 minute bathmate warm down.
After reading a lot of other thread on the topic, I am moving into ADC work. That is, remaining expanded while healing. Over the last week or two I’ve experimented with elastic bands and wrist wraps, and the third and fourth ADCs I’ll try arrive in the mail tomorrow. Coupled with this, I’m taking time to perform manual clamps throughout the day on my workout days, more tightly using my ADC afterwards. My goal will be to follow in the footsteps of some achievers who did their best to maximize time expanded. I will, however, make sure to still have dedicated rest days.
