DSwizz - The Girth Chronicles

After a year and some change of pumping which only netted temporary gains, I got serious about adding girth. Thus began a new journey:

April 22, 2017. Starting stats:
BPEL: 6.75”
MEG: 4.71”

I only seek girth, as my length is disproportionate to my preference. Since April, my routine has evolved from just warmup, squeezes and kegels to where it is now. I have gained .1” (4.81”) and my first major goal is 5”. My routine now consists of the above, as well as bundled stretches, slow squash jelqs, ulis and clamping. I am trying many different combinations, searching for a consistent balance of movements that nets the most expansion per session.

Thank you much for reading this progress log, and much appreciation to veterans who offer suggestions so that I may do the same when I’ve made significant progress.

Today is a poor representation for a typical workout. Because I’m going to take 2-3 days off, I gave myself a micro- ‘shock routine.’ That said, I learned that returns definitely diminish and there is a sweet spot for volume of a workout.

3 one-minute bundled stretches (to the right, as per bend correction work)
7 minutes rice sock warmup
40 five-second viking-kegel squeezes
20 ten-second slow squash jelqs
5 thirty-second ulis
10 minute clamp

40 five-second kegels

10 minutes Bathmate
10 minute clamp

The max I hit today was 5.19”. Time for some days off to rest, then go back to a more moderate workout.

Our proportions are comparable, with yours being further along and with effort given to length as well.

I’m going to try a workout next week with just bundled stretches and three sets of clamping. If clamping encourages much more expansion than manual exercises like squeezes, I question the value of keeping the manual movements.

Welcome to TP.

Personally I’ve tried to gain girth for about half a year last time, but focusing on gaining max expansion per session did not net me any gains. I noticed the greatest expansion after multiple short clamping sessions rather than after fewer long ones, all under the IR lamp. Also don’t get overzealous with the time in the clamp, your cells need food. 10 minutes may be harmful to the supply lines since you’re cutting off blood supply. Take care with that, good luck, and share any findings you may have!

If I can clarify, you *were* indeed getting good expansion, but not finding this overall to contribute to cemented gains? Girth growth really is a special and tricky art, isn’t it :/

Actually when I compared my expansion to that of contemporaries I was not getting much (about .5” max while others were getting 1”) girth expansion over my normal erection maximum. I did however aim to maximize that in every session, but netted no gains, I think I had 2 sets of 2 months of clamping or so.
Indeed a crafty craft, and one I have not reached any milestone in. I wish you better luck! While I also continue to work on it.

Working on girth as well - Your routine looks good. I would consider mixing in Horse 440s as I think they do great for girth.

Reached 5.06” (stopping taking measurements while clamped — that’s skewed data since it diminishes immediately).

Feeling discouraged as when I started this format of routine Oct 20 every session was netting 5.12-5.25” temp expansion, even WITHOUT clamping!

Uncertain how to consistently reach this level of expansion. Will be taking a measurement Nov 20 to see what effect this month has had.

I’m going to echo Crusher’s statement. I have found shorter duration, quality workouts are better. Remember LISTEN TO YOUR DICK!

I have also seen him HUGE after workouts, but have basically overdone it, and he just drops back to where he was before.

It’s a finesse thing, not an ALL POWER thing. Like he said, your cells need time to regenerate. Can’t just keep breaking them over and over.

I dialled back today, going back to my core workout:

Warmup
40 five-second viking squeezes
20 ten-second squash jells
5 thirty-second ulis
40 five-second kegels

Expansion was 5.12”, roughly the same as what I get adding an extra 20 minutes and all the other exercises. Diminishing returns.

Finding myself using porn lately, which I suspect is best to stop. I have had my best workouts without it, as it seems to interrupt the process.

Measuring on the 20th, hoping very much so that I have had growth.

My 40 five-second kegel routine for EQ doesn’t feel quite like the ideal tool..

Any other kegel routines y’all use? More efficient perhaps?

Also, does anyone use a cock ring post workout? I read the mega thread but still didn’t emerge with the best sense of what to use.

I believe girth work requires more resting days than lenght ( you can extend or hang almost everyday.)

I once tried clamping for 10 mins sets and found it too much, maybe i will give it a new try in the future, but with a total different approach (5-7min sets ) and IPR protocol.

Thanks fightclub. All that I am taking in is to emphasize rest more, and that doing ulis in my routine 3 or 4 times a week is too much.

That said, the last four days I have done just the opposite, haha. I am finishing a training cycle and so somewhat based on Big Al’s protocol I ‘ramped up’ in the last four days in a somewhat ‘shock routine’ style, anticipating that I’ll now rest 3-4 days (I’ll take a measurement in 2 or 3 days). The big thing is that I can tell overtraining hurts EQ — the clear necessity for girth progress.

Today:

Warmup in Bathmate 10 minutes
3 minutes bundle stretches
40 five-second squeezes
20 five-second squash jelqs
5 thirty-second ulis
8 minutes clamp
Warmdown in Bathmate 10 minutes

Reached just shy of 5.5”, which is no surprise given the intensity of this workout and the 20 minutes of pumping (I don’t like pumping because it to me is addictive false advertising).

When I start my next cycle next week, I am going to look into O-bends, as some old Mr. Orange threads really resonated with me.

Trying an improved cock ring post workout today for a while.. Very loose to start. Will consider more constriction with caution.
