Tuesday January 24th:

10 minute clamping session
6 minute warmup
30 minute pumping session
25 minute clamping session

I think my pumping session went really good today, I manage to reach 6 1/2 length in the tube and after I pulled out my penis was still hard as a rock and my penis head was much larger. As soon as I saw it I knew I had to measure because it looked so thick. I only measured my girth though and it was 5 1/2 which is 1/4 more than my regular girth however it was just half on my dick that measured 5 1/2. The lower part of my penis measured 5 1/4 which is still good because the lower part of my penis is usually 5 inches thick. I know these are temporary gains but seeing your penis much thicker than it usually is gives you a lot of motivation, it helps you know that these workouts are paying off.

Anyways after I was done with my session while I clamped I headed to the shower. As soon as I took my shorts off my boxer looked like it was packing someone else’s penis in there, it definitely gave me an even bigger motivational boost. Usually when I would take my short off you would just see in my boxers a small bump if anything, but today was completely different I was truly amazed at what I was looking at.

Even though it was a great workout & my penis feels as strong as ever and ready to do another set I don’t want to over work it. So tomorrow I will be taking the day off.

Thursday January 26th:

Today I decided to take a rest day because yesterday I said I was going to take one but ended up pumping for a few minutes, and clamping too.

So today is an official rest day, so I decided to go to the store and buy myself a ruler to measure my BPEL. The reason I hadn’t bought one was because I would measure with a measuring tape but I would only measure my NBPEL which last time I measured was 5 inches (haven’t measured recently).

However I was reading up on thunders and I read that BPEL is a better way to keep track of your PE progress, due to the fat pad and the fact that NBPEL varies due to that sometimes. So I decided to start measuring BPEL specially since I plan on losing a few pounds these next few months and I want to make sure what gains I got from losing weight thus reducing my fat pad, and what gains I got from my PE progress.

This is my measurement

BPEL is 16.5cm which is 6.49 inches.

I don’t plan on measuring my BPEL in a month just to see how much I’ve gained which will let me see if my routine is working. So far I’ve seen great gains in EG after pumping, I haven’t gained any solid gains since it’s mainly temporary but im not giving up and I hope to one day reach my goal.

January 28th:

Today I decided to keep my routine a bit simple just doing 30 minutes of pumping. I reached alittle over 6 1/2 inches in length during my session.

Tuesday January 31st:

20 minute clamp session
10 minute pumping session

I’m still experimenting on what routine I will follow so I’m checking how each routine works for me. I have seen great results from pumping so far so I think I will keep that in my routine. Clamping was also good today as I was able to reach 5 1/2 girth while clamping.

Haven’t been active in a month due to the fact that I’m starting a new chapter in my life and it’s took a little longer than expected to get everything back on track.

That being said I am no where done with PE and I will continue where I left off a month ago. Now that everything has been sorted out I will be updating regularly on my PE progress.
