Ducespace PE Progress Report
Hey guys.
I’ve been browsing through thunders for awhile now, but haven’t really been consistent on my PE routines so I haven’t seen any gains. That’s mainly from lack of PE consistency, however I have always believed that PE works.
That’s all over though, I started taking PE seriously since September 6th of this year. I started this progress report so I can keep better track of my progress and keep myself motivated through my PE journey.
I will update my progress report weekly that way I don’t spam this thread with constant updates.
Stats:
NBPEL : 13cm (little over 5 inches)
EG: 5.25 inches
Started PE on September 6th 2016
1st Week: On my first week my routine was 10 sets of 20 jelqs for a total of 20 jelqs. I believe I took 2 rest days during the first week.
Monday September 16th: Changed my PE routine to a 20 minute jelq session. Instead of doing sets. I also added balloning to my routine mainly so I can have better EQ.
PE Changes so far:
I did notice that my penis would get more veiny and my head would get thicker after balloning. I ballooned for 5 days in a row till I finally came at day 5.
My flaccid length also increased it used to be 1 inch which really lowered my self esteem now it’s 2 inches, I know it’s not much but hey we have to start somewhere. Now I know flaccid gains don’t really count as “gains” but for someone that had a 1 inch flaccid and went to a 2 inch flaccid that’s a huge confidence and motivational boost.
So far real gains which I consider EL and EG I haven’t seen yet. But that’s alright because I’m just getting started, and I’m in it for the long haul.
Also if you guys have any input or things I can add to my routine now or later on please let me know, I would really appreciate it.
PE Goal:
NBPEL: 7 inches
EG: 6 inches
Start: 1/22/13 NBPEL 5" EG 5.25"
Short Term Goal NBPEL 6" EG 5.5"
