Hey guys.
I’ve been browsing through thunders for awhile now, but haven’t really been consistent on my PE routines so I haven’t seen any gains. That’s mainly from lack of PE consistency, however I have always believed that PE works.
That’s all over though, I started taking PE seriously since September 6th of this year. I started this progress report so I can keep better track of my progress and keep myself motivated through my PE journey.
I will update my progress report weekly that way I don’t spam this thread with constant updates.

Stats:
NBPEL : 13cm (little over 5 inches)
EG: 5.25 inches

Started PE on September 6th 2016

1st Week: On my first week my routine was 10 sets of 20 jelqs for a total of 20 jelqs. I believe I took 2 rest days during the first week.

Monday September 16th: Changed my PE routine to a 20 minute jelq session. Instead of doing sets. I also added balloning to my routine mainly so I can have better EQ.

PE Changes so far:

I did notice that my penis would get more veiny and my head would get thicker after balloning. I ballooned for 5 days in a row till I finally came at day 5.
My flaccid length also increased it used to be 1 inch which really lowered my self esteem now it’s 2 inches, I know it’s not much but hey we have to start somewhere. Now I know flaccid gains don’t really count as “gains” but for someone that had a 1 inch flaccid and went to a 2 inch flaccid that’s a huge confidence and motivational boost.

So far real gains which I consider EL and EG I haven’t seen yet. But that’s alright because I’m just getting started, and I’m in it for the long haul.
Also if you guys have any input or things I can add to my routine now or later on please let me know, I would really appreciate it.

PE Goal:
NBPEL: 7 inches
EG: 6 inches


Start: 1/22/13 NBPEL 5" EG 5.25"

Short Term Goal NBPEL 6" EG 5.5"

Goal NBPEL 7" EG 6"

Flaccid gains are gains. Just like flaccid goals are goals. NEVER subtract from your accomplishments.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Saturday September 24:

20 minute jelq session followed by 30 minutes of balloning.
I got to the PONR about 5 times during my ballooning session, the last one was at the 30 minute mark where I had to try my hardest to keep myself from ejaculating. So that’s why I decided to end the session at 30 minutes because I thought that if I got to the PONR again I wouldn’t be able to stop myself from ejaculating.

Sunday September 25th:
Rest day + 30 minutes of edging.

Right now as a newbie I want to keep the exercises I do to a minimum.
I would really appreciate feedback if you guys think I should add something more to my routine or if it’s good as it is for now for a newbie.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. If you’re seeing gains, don’t change it.

It’s way too early to worry about changing anything. Just keep at what you’re doing. Your PIs, your flaccid and your erect will change as long as they’re all looking good.

Yeah you’re right, I guess I just want to add to my routine just to see if I can get more out of my excersises. But you’re right I’m just going to keep things simple for now and add on later on if I stop seeing gains. So far my gains have been flaccid but it’s a step in the right direction.

Monday September 26th:
10 minute jelq session + 30 minute balloning session.

Tuesday September 27th:
20 minute balloning session.

I didn’t have time to jelq because I had a few things going on that day but I did manage to squeeze in a 20 minute ballooning session before off heading to bed. So I would consider this a rest day.

Wednesday September 28th:
22 minute balloning session.
10 minute stretch (down, up, left, and right)
15 minute jelq session
17 minute balloning session

Started off with a 22 minute ballooning session, took a small break and then added stretching to my PE routine. The reason I wasn’t doing stretching before was because my FL was so small (1 inch) that I couldn’t grab my penis well enough to do the stretching excersise. However now thanks to PE I can so that’s why I decided to add stretching to my routine. As a plan to not overwork my penis I decided to lower my jelq session to 15 minutes, instead of my regular 20 minute jelq session. At the end of the night I decided to end the day with a 17 minute balloning session, couldn’t make it to 20, but all in all it was a good day.

Hey Ducespace,

Looks like you consistently manage to reach a ballooned state, how do you do it? I edge a lot but I’ve only managed to balloon a handful of times with that. Do you have a secret?

Are you using heat? Heat is important prior, during and after your exercises.

Your EL is very similar to mine when I started, keep the good job!

I did too lol. Found mostly websites with Arabic language. I gave up after that.

Hi.
I think my secret would be just having high testosterone levels to the point where I’m usually horny most of the time. I would suggest to not masturbate for awhile, or if you do want to masturbate you could edge for a good 20-30 minutes but not ejaculate. I noticed that my ballooning sessions are usually better after I’ve gone a few days without ejaculating.
