Greetings all,

This will be my first post and I am a little bit nervous. I will start off with my background. Back when I was a teen I heard about jelqing, but I didn’t believe it actually had merit.

I stumbled onto “true” PE about a year and a half ago. Learned that pumps and length devices exist and could actually work. Still being “too good” to buy an extender, I purchased a water pump in September 2020, but only dabbled which did not produce consistent gains.
On Dec 29, 2021, I committed to growing and began using an all-day extender. Started using it for one to two hours per day. I try to wear it for 6-8 hours every day, some days as few as 3-4 hours. I have only taken a total of four days off since.
Currently I use my water pump 3-4x per week and before dates/sex, for about 5-15 minutes.
I do not do any manual exercises.

Total Extender Hours:
From January 2022 -to March 2022, I have accumulated 536.5 hours.

Starting measurements:
~5.2” BPEL
~4.5” MSG

Current measurements:
5.8” BPEL
5.0” MSG (After pumping)

Short term goal:
6.0” BPEL by June 29, 2022

Long term goal:
6.5” BPEL

I will continue updating here at least 1x a month. Also, please provide any feedback and/or motivation if you guys desire to do so.

manual exercises are the most boring however in the beginning is what offers the fastest results. Just keep that in mind is boring however it pays off.

Welcome, enceetee - start slow, “boring” and on a good newbie routine, favoriting useful threads and taking notes on useful items/techniques and listen to veterans…
And before you know it your (hopefully, quick substantial) newbie gains will launch you into advanced techniques and maybe some of your own theories.
You’ll be cementing gains. Put in the work and dedication.

You are doing good right now; You have a good attitude; Staying consistent.

This will be my first update. It has been exactly one month since I posted.

During the month of April, I logged 212.5 hours with the extender. That makes a total of 749 hours since January.

I also began to do manual exercises, following the newbie routine of 5 minutes and 10 minutes with hot towel before and after. I do two days followed by one day off.

Current measurement:
6.0” BPEL

Comments: I was excited to break the 6” milestone. I think doing manual exercises going forward can only help my progress. I am staying committed to my PE goals.

This is my second update.

During the month of May I logged 166.5 hours. That makes a total of 915.5 hours since January.

I continue to jelq for around 10-15 minutes per session, albeit inconsistently. I still do warm towel wraps, but I slowly phased out of doing manual stretches.

Current measurement: 6.0” BPEL

Comments: I stayed at 6.0” BPEL this month. I will stay consistent with my all day stretcher and jelqing. This does not take away my motivation because I know gains are not linear. Also starting this month, June, I switched from a noose-style extender to a vacuum all-day stretcher. It feels like I am getting a better stretch and less of a skin stretch, as I am an uncircumcised man. I think this was a great change and I am excited to see the difference.

This will be my third update. I measured this morning and I was 6.25” BPEL.
I have been water pumping 6-7 times/week and jelqing 2-3 times/week. Once or twice per week, when I have a free evening, I do my strong PE routine:
1 Jelq for 5-10 min
2 Water pump 10-15 min
3 Cock ring for 15-20 min
4 ADS for 1 hour
Shooting for 6.5”!

Inspiring to say the least. Keep it up and looking forward to your next status. I can’t believe how many “new” people are starting PE. I always thought that increasing size was a myth, but have found that determination, methods, and consistency wins the day. Keep it up!

This is my fourth update. I measured 6.5” BPEL after water pumping last night.
I have not been extending much. Most of my PE is water pumping and jelqing, I have found less jelq reps and days off in between pumping works better for me.

New goal: 7.0” BPEL

1.3” in length thus far! Awesome. I’ve had most of my 1.2 inches of success with jelqing and extending thus far. I just added a water pump before extending, and my flaccid is stretching at least 1/3” farther afterwards. I’m excited to see how this works out.

Hello everyone,

It has been almost 10 months since my last update post.

Since then, my only PE exercise has been pumping with my LA pump, for about 5-15 minutes per session, one session per day but not every day.

This routine works for my penile health, it does not overstress my penis and I have frequent erections. Sex has been good too, I am staying super hard even after my climax.

No length goals for now- just penile health!

Resurrecting my progress thread. My PE lately has been on-and-off pumping with my LA pump for 15 minutes and jelqing for 10 minutes, performed on separate days. I do my PE after a warm shower when I return from the gym in the evenings. PE stays fun for me in this way but I am not consistent. That’s how PE is though I suppose- periods of motivated training followed by months or years of downtime.

I will be looking to order a bibstarter in the coming months and start a more consistent training schedule. I’ve never hanged but would be open to any advice.
