Hey all! I’ll do my best to keep it brief. I’ve been lurking Thunder’s Place for close to a decade, finally made an account in 2016, and now I’m finally making my first post in 2021.

Over the last decade I’ve been very inconsistent with my PE routine (if you can even call my unorganized & sporadic sprints of PE a ‘routine’). This thread is a small step to mediate that, and provide some self-motivation to stay consistent. I also have a bad habit of dropping PE when I’m not seeing results as quickly as I’d like. Regardless, I find myself coming back to PE again & again.

A bit of my history with PE:
When I first came across Thunder’s Place, I quickly learned that I had been doing forms of PE since my teenage years, unknowingly & for pleasure; namely, Extreme Ulis. I performed these activities inconsistently back then as well; maybe it resulted in some growth, but without taking measurements back then + coupled with natural growth, I can’t be certain.

Over the last decade or so, I’ve started & stopped various ‘routines’ with minimal success (including the “Newbie routine”). I was stuck at 7.50” (BPEL) x 5.75” (MSEG) ever since I first started measuring. I undoubtedly dropped all these routines much too quickly; besides one ‘clamping-focused’ routine, which was dropped due to injury.

In 2017 I had another attempt to get serious about PE; I added my stats to my Thunder’s Place account, created a growth tracking spreadsheet, and opened up to my wife about my PE journey (she’s been nothing but supportive, if not a little confused as to why I want to get bigger). This time, I stuck with PE longer than I had before, but still lacked daily consistency. As a result of these sporadic sprints of PE over the last three & a half years, I’ve gained a total of 0.50” (BPEL) & 0.13” (MSEG), putting me at 8.00” x 5.88” today.

Recently reaching 8 inches was an unexpected surprise, after both not measuring for a bit, and after not being consistent with any daily routine. I really didn’t believe it when I first saw it, and measured again a few days later to make sure I wasn’t delusional; sure enough, 8 inches, using the same ruler I had been using for years. With this recent milestone I’m feeling really positive & motivated about PE, and am wanting to see what I could achieve with a truly consistent (& documented) routine.


Start (2017): 7.50" x 5.75" | Now: 8.00" x 6.00"

Current Goal: 8.50" x 6.25" | Pipe Dream: 9.50" x 6.75"

This is the routine that I’m considering at the moment (any feedback is welcomed):

Monday through Friday:
- 5 minutes manual stretches (with heat, when possible)
- 10 minutes dry jelqs
- 20 minutes hanging downwards, in homemade Bib inspired device
- 40 kegels
- 20 minutes aided V-stretch hanging over left-leg, in homemade Bib inspired device
- 40 kegels
- 20 minutes aided V-stretch hanging over right-leg*, in homemade Bib inspired device
- 40 kegels
- 5 minutes Uli #3
- Post-workout silicone cock ring for 4 hours max

Saturday & Sunday:
- Rest, with a few minutes of manual stretches when using bathroom

*Bending my penis to the right, anywhere along the shaft (I.e., NOT just pointing my entire penis from the base to the right), has always provided the most resistance by far. I have a sneaking suspicion that I might get some easy gains if I get this area to loosen up. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with something similar? I’m considering adding Sadsak Slinky’s to target this right-side in particular.

It has been over half a year since my last post, and unfortunately I haven’t been able to be consistent with my PE during the later half of 2021. As a result, I’m still at 8x6 (hit 6” girth in August - See my Photos thread).

Well it’s a new year, and my drive (& available time) for PE is renewed! This is also thanks in no small part to Houstonwoods’ progress threads - I found his consistency, patience & attitude to be inspiring. During this time I’ve also come to discover that my previously mentioned hanging setup is quite… burdensome. I feel that I’m more likely to be consistent with PE if there’s less set up & breakdown involved.

With that, I am now planning on sticking with the following routine (inspired by Houstonwoods):

Monday through Friday:
- ~5 minutes manual stretches (with heat, when possible)
- ~30 minutes dry jelqs
- ~10 minutes clamped edging
- Post-workout silicone cock ring for 4 hours max

Saturday & Sunday:
- Rest, with a few minutes of manual stretches when using bathroom

I’ve been doing this over the last week, and I’ve noticed great EQ, increased morning wood, & more pronounced veins - All of which I’m reading as positive indicators. I’m also going to drop measuring for some time, and instead focus on ensuring I’m maintaining positive EQ - The growth will come, but first I’ve got to put in the work.

Hey man, so glad you are renewed in your pursuit of PE regularly. I am so happy that I could be helpful and encouraging. Are you also edging with no cumming? If I can get the gains I have then anyone can. It was just with my hands and a clamp for about a buck from Home Depot. Keep up the excellent work man! Reach out anytime.

Thanks Houston - Really appreciate it! Yep, doing some edging with no cumming as part of my routine. Being very careful with the clamp, namely because of a thrombosis experience in my past, but so far everything is going very well.

From your photos thread it looks as if you have a “CableCuff”, yeah? If so, any tips or tricks on making these a bit more comfortable to wear? Some skin has already been pinched by the hinge once (ouch), so since then I’ve used a little bit of gauze bandage tape to provide a layer of protection between me & the clamp.

You are very welcome! Spot on. I have always used the Cable Cuff and don’t use any cushion. I just slipped the cuff on down to my base. Never had any issues. One thing that may have helped is I usually don’t adjust the clamp while it is on him so maybe that helped alleviate pinching.
