Warmup with hot water (did it in the bathroom for about 2 min)
Stretch out, up,down,left,right <- 2 times for 30 seconds and then some kegels in between as well as slapping my dick between my thighs.
Hot water again for about (1-2 min)
Jelking for about 12 min (broken into 4min then 3 min, etc <- couldn’t find a good porn vid)
60 JAI stretches (Need to do)
Kegels for about 20x 3sets.(Need to do)
Workout was alright, didn’t feel my dick after though so don’t know if the workout was good or not.
