Hey there, newbie here. I’m going to start exercising my penis. I haven’t measured it but it’s a bit above 15cm BPEL and I’m not too sure about girth.

I’m going to start with the beginner routine and upload my penis measurements every week on a Monday.

Alright Done with my first official PE session.

Warmup with hot water (did it in the bathroom)
Stretch up,down,left,right <- 2 times for 30 seconds and then some kegels in between as well as slapping my dick between my thighs.

Jelking for about 10 min (from the base slowly pushing forward with a firm OK grip between my index finger and thumb and/or my middle finger and thumb)

Kegels for about 20x 3sets.

I think I feel some sort of very light buzz in my penis now after the workout.



(Context: My EQ levels are not that good like a 4-6 out of 10, never really got morning wood)
Measurements, haven’t come around it yet, but I did notice something and am not sure if I am to be worried yet


Problem:
I’ve noticed my dick isn’t as big as it used to be, mind you I haven’t wanked in about 3-4 days and no PE either.
It was harder to get it up as well, panicked for a second and thought I had gotten erectile dysfunction.
But after some vigorous wanking it got to about 80% than it usually is and took way longer. (eyeball estimates)

I’m not sure if it is the cold or if it may be something that happened about 2 days ago.

I saw my ex with her new boyfriend and it kind of hurt like a hole in my chest. I’m pretty much over it now (90%), but that can’t be the reason why it shrunk right?

Another thing changed 4 days ago, I started going gym properly and did a 180 on my diet. Now I’m consuming about 2000-2300 calories with about 168-202g protein. My gym progression is good, I am able to lift heavier weights after 2-3 weeks. (I used to go inconsistently)

Lightly/Moderate jelking my penis right now (flaccid) and I can feel the veins bumping through the fingers and I can now feel the buzzing/tingly from my balls, and some sort of sensation right under my penis head. I’m going to stop doing that now.

A beginner PE and it already caused a tingly buzzy sensation, and your having EQ problems already? How hard are you tugging? Sorry if it sounds cynical, it just seem too short of a trial and maybe we need a bit of a history if your having some ED problems prior to PE. It is great that your working out and I’m sorry to hear about your relationship. This is a great chance for you to work on you.

I’m 20 years old, never had any ed at all yesterday was the first time (who’s to say it was ed though, I’m a beginner and don’t know anything). My dick has never been that small. But after waking up, no morning wood but no small size either so may just be the cold. I don’t know. Also I’m skinny fat.

Done with my second official session. Its been some time since the last one but got an interview and had to prepare for it as it was at the time the only thing that can get me out of my current warehouse job. (Passed it)

No pains or any ed problems that last time was weird emotionally speaking I think that day was my lowest its been for a while, plus the bathroom was cold so maybe it was because of that.

I did notice at the start of my jelking that there were mild sensations from my penis to my right ball (2/10 in terms of pain) but it went away within the 2nd min of jelking.

Now after it is sore I think best way to describe it is imagine training your forearms by rotating the bar for a min straight and the pain on your forearm due to lactic acid. If that soreness was a 10 this is a 0.5-1.5 at best.

Kept getting hard when I was jelking and had to add in some breaks to get my erection level down (maybe had to do with the porn that was on [one of the better ones I have found], or perhaps there was some piss stuck if you know what I mean.)

No tingly sensation, but can feel the bumpy veins. <—that normal? (scared I may pop a vein off or my dick will fall off due to 0 blood flow)

Also haven’t come around measuring it yet. Can’t find a 30cm ruler.

3rd session

Done with my Third official session.

31 JAI stretches
3 sets of 20 kegels + 1 set of 10 kegels (at flaccid length)

Jelqed about 70-85% firmness assuming that the firmness I did the first time was 100%



EQ when working out wasn’t as good as last time so doubt about 40% of the kegels were good, need to find better quality porn. But I did achieve 100% hardness I think.

[Side note when I say 40% of kegels wern’t as good, I mean I couldn’t feel the blood going up. I assume that is what the jelk should feel like or am I still jelking too hard. I will do my own research but do let me know your thoughts.]

Did get interrupted about 4 min in so after I had gotten back to the bathroom (I had already done the stretches, I restarted the Jelqing time)
Not sure if I feel my dick after the workout, like a pump or soreness, like you would after a gym session.
From now on it will be one day on one day off



Didn’t feel any pain when jelqing but did feel the blood going up as I jelqed. That is normal right?? <- reson of asking is that I have scrolled around thunders and heard of some horror stories about popped veins.

4th session

Hey there, did another session today so the next one is going to be Wednesday.

Key notes: I still have JAI stretches to do and kegels but have done stretching and jelking for 10 min

The jelking was weird today may not make sense but I couldn’t find a good video, until the last 4ish remaining minutes. It’s weird when I don’t find a good video then my jelking quality isn’t good as I’m not as hard but when I find a good one my jelking quality become awesome. I did my measurements - used a centimetre for the length and a tailors tape for the girth. Only got the erect measurements though (ended up cumming when trying to get hard for the measurements, not my proudest moment as I’m trying to give up porn)



Erect length — [My dick curves upwards so I straitened it out with my hand] about 16cm (+/- 0.5cm)
Erect girth - about 12cm-11.5cm (+/- 0.5cm)
Will measure again tomorrow and the day after with some pictures


Workout:

Erect girth (below head) 11.9 -11.8 cm
And photo will be posted soon. (not of me taking the measurements as if I needed to do that then I’d need 3 hands)


Workout (jelqing) today wasn’t as good as I had wanted, couldn’t find any good videos. (couldn’t feel the blood rising with each stretch, and couldn’t keep a solid erection as there weren’t any good videos)
But hey! Better this than no workout at all right.
Don’t feel anything from my dick (very minute soreness, hardly even that)
Kept getting interrupted my my family to get out the bathroom, that didn’t help either


Short term goal would be 18cm, then 20cm then 22cm then 24cm
As girth goes goals are 13cm, then 14cm, then 15cm, then 16.5cm


Next measurement are going to be at the 22/11/2023. Wish me luck!

Was going to do more jelqing but I started to feel my dick do some weird stuff. Imagine mint, it felt like mint was being pushed towards the head of the penis while I continued to jelq so I stopped right there.

Workout was alright, didn’t feel my dick after though so don’t know if the workout was good or not.

Told parents that I was having a bubble bath, hence the time it would take me.
Did end up doing some stuff so had to get out of bathroom and drive. But I had finished my stretches and jelqing and just had JAI stretches and kegels to do.
Didn’t really have a proper cooldown.
