Alright Done with my first official PE session.
Warmup with hot water (did it in the bathroom)
Stretch up,down,left,right <- 2 times for 30 seconds and then some kegels in between as well as slapping my dick between my thighs.
Jelking for about 10 min (from the base slowly pushing forward with a firm OK grip between my index finger and thumb and/or my middle finger and thumb)
Kegels for about 20x 3sets.
I think I feel some sort of very light buzz in my penis now after the workout.
(Context: My
EQ levels are not that good like a 4-6 out of 10, never really got morning wood)
Measurements, haven’t come around it yet, but I did notice something and am not sure if I am to be worried yet
Problem:
I’ve noticed my dick isn’t as big as it used to be, mind you I haven’t wanked in about 3-4 days and no
PE either.
It was harder to get it up as well, panicked for a second and thought I had gotten erectile dysfunction.
But after some vigorous wanking it got to about 80% than it usually is and took way longer. (eyeball estimates)
I’m not sure if it is the cold or if it may be something that happened about 2 days ago.
I saw my ex with her new boyfriend and it kind of hurt like a hole in my chest. I’m pretty much over it now (90%), but that can’t be the reason why it shrunk right?
Another thing changed 4 days ago, I started going gym properly and did a 180 on my diet. Now I’m consuming about 2000-2300 calories with about 168-202g protein. My gym progression is good, I am able to lift heavier weights after 2-3 weeks. (I used to go inconsistently)
