I’ve been pumping and jelqing for 5/6 months and gained 0.5 cm going from 17,5 to 18.

Now I started to add a extender to my sessions and gained another 0.5 after 7 days

I’m now extending at 18,5 cm, my BPEL is 18,7, Girth is 14cm and 15,5 with temporary pump gains but it always goes back to 14cm the next morning haven’t seen permanent gains from pumping so far starting to get more sketchy about pumping. I’m sure it does something but unsure if you make any growth gains from it that are permanent.

So I’ve gained 1,2 cm now. Starting to think that pumping doesn’t do much except for temporary girth gains but I keep it in my routine. Extending definitely is the way to make gains.

My routine : pump at 20hg for 15-20 m straight ( I know you guys say pump at 5hg but I’ve found that its too light and at 1 long session of 20 hg I awlays still have morning wood so I guess its fine for me)
100 - 200 jelqs after that
Extend for 6-10 hours . I’m only on my 7th day so I expect to get to 19-20 cm over a year atleast I hope. The goal is to get to 20cm.

Started doing PE because damn woman always either say I’m small or average but statistics wise I should be slightly above average. It really messes with my mind. I wondee whar you guys think about that

I hot water pump as a warmup for extending. This gets my tissues ready to stretch. And I always stretch 1/4 inch to 1/3 inch farther after pumping. So far for me, pumping has given me a better flaccid and awesome erections. I don’t view pumping as a means in and of itself.

Gratz on the gains man! i suggest you to use some kind of warming during the extender usage and some lotion or cream to hydrate the skin, i noticed it gives the best results.

Btw never listen to sizequeens, that’s truly pathetic and probably won’t be capable to hold anything bigger than what you already have :)

Thanks man! Interesting I’ve read about lotion I didnt use it yet I did use talcpowder on my glans before extending. What lotion do you use? And alright ill warm up its probably better to do so indeed.

I will probably be able to extend even a bit more if I properly warm up first. And I was wondering like my face for example if I always use lotion my face gets dry without it but when I don’t use it it produces its own oil.

Did you notice anything like that ?
And the guy said he does water pumping to warm up. Do you do this berore every eet ?

You’ll extend a lot using someting to warm.
I use a face cream that contains elastin and collagen (i’m doing an experiment with it so i can’t say if it’s useful or not) but i have to say the skin is soft and well hydrated after the application and it don’t create any kind of oil on the penis (it’s an italian cream so idk if you can find it on amazon in other county, btw it’s called Venus - Doppiolifting con elastina e collagene).
About the pumping thing i usually extend right after i’m out of the tube and a second time after few hours to keep the penis extended while recovering. I’m trying as suggested by a user on r/Getting bigger (pervsomething) on reddit who did a small tutorial on his routine and how he maximise the gains, but he also suggest to do it by half our usual time and with less force due to avoid edema on the glans already stressed by the pump.

That’s really some good advixe! Thanks should’ve done that from the get go but luckily I’m only 7 days in. Applied aloe lotion today and noticed I had a small wound from the noose beaneath my glans. So ill take a couple of days off and warm up properly between each set and apply the lotion. You made lots of gainz btw nice man !

Yeah keep an eye on the glans, it suffer a lot from the vacuum cup, and Aloe is a great solution as well.

I’ve noticed my glans became a bit sensitive from extending and this causes me to get premature ejaculation.

Usually I’m a demon that lasts ~20m of just pure pounding. But now ill blast in about 3-5m.

Had anybody else had these issues?

I mean if it causes me to ejaculate alot faster it’s not even worth the gains.

Resolved the sensitive glans issue. If I extend a couple hours prior to sex my glans is stiill numb from the noose which is great.

I have gained once again.
Just hit 19cm today. Started out around 17,5. Been extending for around 3 months. Don’t extend alot tho around 3-4 hours daily atm.

Would be awesome if I can hit 20cm. Haven’t done any hanging/stretching perhaps if I stretch for 20 min every morning or so I can get some quick ligament gains and hit 20cm alot faster than just with extending.

Interesting read, especially considering I’m extending with a noose extender(with comfort options)myself.
So far I’ve gained around 0,7 cm in a little over a months time.

I also used to go up to 20hg for a short time when I did my pumping, think my penis is so conditioned from pumping full pressure for years with my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9. I only start «feeling» it at around 15hg and then slowly pump all the way up to 20hg.

Now I’m mainly focusing on length with my Male Edge Pro and my Jes Extender Gold, yes, I switch between which one I use.

By the way what kind of traction/force does your extender deliver? Both of mine have between 1200-2800 grams of traction and I usually extend between 2000-2800 grams of traction.

I would let go of all the safety options. It really hinders you whenever you get a good high force stretch. I tried several wrapping methods people recommended but it just didn’t work as good as raw. A better option is talc powder around the glans you feel no pain at all when removing the noose and the noose doesn’t slip off and that way atleast for me I was able to add more rods without the noose slipping.

I’m using the andro extender it doesn’t have any force indicators which is a bit of a shame but it does the job
As long as your stretching beyond your erect length I think your having a good stretch. I’m currently at 19cm BPEL and extending somewhere at 21cm.

Also I’m honestly starting to think that the noose is better than the vac because you get used to the noose overtime and never have to deal with blisters or anything alike but I never used a vac one so I don’t know.

I just did manual stretches yesterday and after I did those I was able to add the remaining rods I had left which was 1cm and I was able to do it but when I got cold again after a 1hour session I wasn’t able to use it again so I had to re warm up first. Which kind of is a hassle so I just removed 1cm and kept on extending. I’m a bit too lazy. Thinking of purchasing a hanger and just doing it for 20m every morning and then keep on extending for the rest of the day.

Also nice gains man that’s awesome!

Do you think that pumping gives you any permanent increase btw? I get a huge penis for the rest of the day after a 20hg 20-30m session but it seems like it’s just temporary fluid build up that doesn’t really give any gains. I am still pumping tho but becoming more and more sceptical of pumping

I have not seen any increase (permanent) with pumping. But some claim they did. However, pumping everyday for 30 days kinda restored "cold glans" I was getting last year from heavy duty hanging.

Hi, maybe I’ll test out that talcum powder idea, have thought about it before but never pulled the trigger on it, so to speak.

I actually started out with a AndroPenis Extender but then ended up buying both the Jes Extender Gold package and the Male Edge Pro package since they deliver more traction from 1200-2800 grams. If I remember correct the AndroPenis only has 12-1500 grams of traction, not trying to say it’s worse or anything as I used the AndroPenis for about 4-6 months before buying the other ones.
The thing I like about my new extenders is that there are markings that tells me how much traction/force I’m getting out of it and I always extend at around 2-2800 grams of traction.

I actually started out at 6 inches BPEL and am now at 7,75 inches BPEL. Gained some from manual work, extending and even got a couple of cm length from pumping with my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9.

When it comes to getting girth one needs to incorporate manual girth exercises as well and the best one I’ve found thus far is what’s called «Isolated Compression Squeeze». Found it over at mattersofsize. Com .
Really recommend this exercise as it makes your whole penis shaft engorged. You need to do it in a routine called the 5x5x3 which involves 3 sets of full force pumping for 5 mins each, but what you do in-between the pumping sets is 4x1 mins of «Isolated Compression Squeezes» so four, one minute rounds of these squeezes in-between each pumping set. On the other claw, it took a lot of time in the tube, over a several years. And it’s not something you can rush; push too hard and all you get is edema.
