Extending and Jelqing Log
After experimenting with lots of things for the last 17 consecutive months and 3 periods of manual stuff in the past I have made my conclusions of what is working for me.
The only thing that is working is low intensity extending and low intensity Jelqing.
Anything with high intensity is taking me back.
So this is my log of doing the things that are working for me.
