Final spurt toward my long term goal of 7 NBP x 5.5

Workout 16

135 jelqs
2 stretch sessions
30 kegels (I take the 20 first kegels in one session, then the rest in another session later on the day.. Why? Simply cause it’s easier to stay motivated when I divide the workload into smaller sessions)

So now I have four more workouts before I’m gonna measure. I have decided to follow a workout pattern like this for these workouts:
1 off (tomorrow)
1 on (Workout #17)
1 off
3 on (Workout #18 - 20)

After workout #20 I will take a week off before I’ll begin a new cycle with 20 workouts again, but now of course with higher intensity because of the foundation I’ve built with the 20 workouts before.

So why do I take a week off after workout #20? Simply because I have experienced in the past that I have gotten a little growth spurt during breaks like this. According to other anecdotes from this forum there are also plenty of other people that have grown during breaks like this. To hopefully get the most out of this break I choose to take 3 days on in a row before the break to stress my penis as much as possible, since I believe the penis grow during breaks because it has been too exhausted before the break, and then grow bigger and stronger to account for said stress. If the stress is not big enough before the break I don’t believe it will grow for the same reason I just stated above. The problem is though that even with the 3 days on before the break, the intensity may be too low to get some gains during the break, simply because my routine as a whole is very low on the intensity scale (may also be problematic for gains before the break). So I may decide to increase the intensity even more right before the break to take account for this. I’ll decide what I’ll do with that later.

So my hope is that I will measure some gains after workout #20 , and also some more gains after the week off.

Woke up with really good morning wood, and my boner are much harder compared to how it was before I started this routine.
I’ll take the day off tomorrow before I’ll finish the three last workouts before measuring.

Plan for workout 18 - 20

Like I said earlier in the “workout #16” post, I have been thinking about increasing the intensity in the last three workouts before my one week break to hopefully squeeze out some gains during that time.

While workout #18 normally would look like this:

145 jelqs
2 stretch sessions
32 kegels..

It will now look like the following:

5 min warm up with rice sock
175 jelqs (30 more jelqs than usual)
3 stretch sessions throughout the day(1 more than usual)
4 piss pull sessions (10 second stretches)
15 min of edging
50 kegels (18 more than usual)

This will also be the workout plan for workout #19 and #20, but with 20 more jelqs than the workout before.. So 195 and 215 jelqs respectively.
Hopefully this will stress my penis enough to get some growth during my planned break..

Tomorrow is off, so I will do workout #18 on the day after tomorrow.

Workout 18

As planned:

5 min warm up with rice sock
175 jelqs
3 stretch sessions throughout the day
4 piss pull sessions (10 second stretches)
15 min of edging
50 kegels

My flaccid has been hanging very long and pretty full throughout the whole day, and I suspect it is the added heat element from the warm up that is the reason (I intended to include heat in the previous workouts as well but I usually skipped it due to laziness). I believe the heat can be the reason because the jelqing session and the stretch sessions felt different, even though I did them in the same way as before. It felt like I got more intensity in the jelqs, and my penis stretched out longer during the stretching sessions than normal. I don’t think it is from the added kegels or edging simply because I got this really good hang before I did them.

I plan on doing the same tomorrow, but with 20 more jelqs.. I also woke up with a pretty good morning wood, which should be a good sign.

Strange observation

And btw. I often experience a kind of pressuring feeling in the base and the ligament area of the penis, which I didn’t experience pre PE. It is usually after I have stretched, and maybe also after kegels, but it often comes at random times too (I feel it now lol). The duration is also varying, and can last up to at least an hour. It is not painful, just a feeling of pressure. It is actually kind of pleasurable because one part of me believes it is related to growth even though I have no “proofs” that should make me believe this.

So, does anyone knows what this feeling is, or what it tells? Is it in any way thought to could be related to gains?

Switched to wet jelqing half way because I struggled to get a grip close enough to the base when doing the dry jelqs. Think I’ll keep with the wet jelqs in the future.
Also got some really good stretches today, and my flaccid hang has been good, not as good as yesterday though..
Last workout tomorrow before measuring and 1 week break.

Measurement

BP: 7.3 (up 0.2)
NBP: 6.85 ( the same)
Girth: 5.3 - no difference

So according to those numbers it looks like I have gained in BP. To be honest I am not sure if those are gains or only due to that I may have pushed the ruler harder into the pubic bone this time. Anyways, I’ll take a week off now and the if I gain some during that break.
