20/3 and 21/3 were rest days, intentional and unintentional respectively.
Having read up on other length techniques and the idea of continual stretching and fulcrum stretches, I’ve modified my routine a bit.
3 SD Stretches 3 minutes each, letting my penis “relax” into the stretch for a minute, then pulling further and letting it relax again. Planning to get these up to 5 a session
1 Right, Left, and 2 Straight Out Stretches 30 Seconds each
2 Right, Left and Down Fulcrum Stretches held 30 seconds each
10 rotary stretches left and right.
2 40 minutes ball pumping at 3 Hg
The fulcrum stretches definitely felt different than the regular directional ones. I didn’t feel any pain though, so that’s good. Should I be “easing” into fulcrum stretches like I am for the straight down ones, so less force, longer time?
