Slow gains.
BPSFL is consistently between 7 1/4 and 7 1/2. I don’t have to push so hard to make it to the 1/2 mark. I’ve incorporated a bungee pull straight out for about 2 hours a day if I’m able to do it. Similar to hanging but less precise on weight. I’m trying to ride the fatigue as is outlined in the hanging forums. Still jelqing and stretching in the shower. Though I believe the bungee pull has been the major player in recent gains.
I’ve noticed my penis has more play while stretching. Used to feel like I’d pull till the rope was taught. Now it feels more elastic. I think this is a good sign.
Erect gains are slowly coming along too. BPEL has ticked past 6 3/4 and I can kegel up to 7”. I was hoping to be past 7” by now but I can only encourage growth. Can’t determine the time frame.
