First Post And I'm In Disbelief

Gentlemen,

I’ve been aware of PE for some time. Even made attempts in the past but saw no changes and chalked it up to snake oil and wishful thinking. I returned here back in august and began reading more reports and decided to give the newbie routine another shot. I’m married so I do workouts in the shower with high heat to warm up and I have privacy at work at times so I’m able to do additional stretches and dry jelqs. I workout minimum 5 days with 2 off.

Began this journey at 6.2 BPEL and 6.6 BPSFL. Girth is not a goal but will consider any a bonus. I do not have an EG measurement. I’m considering BPSFL as a benchmark since it’s less prone to EQ discrepancies. In the short time I’ve been doing this I’ve managed to pull BPSFL up to 7”. Just barely hit that mark this morning after stretching. I had previously measured a 6.5 BPEL after a few weeks which was impressive. But still could have been a change in how I measured. Plus I had straightened the curve with that and I don’t remember if I did that with the 6.2. Anyways, this morning I measured a 6.75 BPEL! And that’s undeniable progress in my book. So I’m stunned!

When I first heard about PE and found this forum I wondered could there really be hundreds of thousands of men online lying about growing their dicks? Of course the answer is ‘Yes’ but that’s beside the point. The overwhelming anecdotal evidence and bro science around it all adds up. This stuff works!

My goals are modest. I’d like to reach 7.5 which I think will eventually settle between 7 and 7.5. I already get pretty deep in my wife and don’t want to become uncomfortable for her. Though I assume she’ll gradually accommodate any changes I make too.

She is unaware of any of this. Another goal of mine is that I want her to notice and say “What the hell is happening here?” Also I’m curious how a larger dick will affect our sex life. I’ve already made improvements in EQ, stamina and occasional ED issues which I think were more stress and alcohol related. Also some performance anxiety, cause we all know if it happens once it’s a bitch next time around. However reading other men’s experiences on the forum has got me curious what an extra inch or two will do.

Reasons for my success this time around are without a doubt application of heat and consistency. 35 years old and getting in the best shape of my life. I think a big dick will be fun too!

Been stalled for some time and took a break over Christmas for a few weeks. Getting back at it and got another tick on the tape measure. 7-1/4 BPSFL and got to 6-7/8 BPEL. Small gain but a victory none the less.

I’ve experimented with other techniques since October. Fulcrum stretches. Hanging. Occasional clamping but length is my goal right now. Most recently I’ve worked in JAI stretches and I think that’s the ticket. Last week and a half I’ve done those rather than using any apparatus so I’m going to keep them in rotation for a few months and see how it goes. One thing I did today was a 2 handed stretch where I grip the penis and use my thumbs together as leverage and try to stretch different locations on the shaft. The movement would be similar to breaking a bunch of spaghetti but I try not to think about that while doing so. This is what took my BPSFL up that last 1/8” today. It’s a rather aggressive stretch but feels good.

I hope to be knocking on 7’s door by end of February but I won’t cry if I’m still 1/16” away.

Hey there Tpun! Sounds like you really had a great start there! And on top of that even after stalling out you still are gaining! Keep it up brother! Sounds like you really have found something that works great for you. How long per PE session do you usually commit to? Just curious! Keep up the gains.

From May 2023 to Jan 2024 I clocked 160 workout sessions, my wife touches me all the time in bed now, and she can’t keep her hands off me.

Small gains are wonders in the bedroom. Many here have large objectives, they forget that for an average guy 1/4 inch or 1/2 inch are game changers in the bedroom. I have some posts on the best sex positions to get her wild.

My main workout is in the shower. I’m able to get about 30 minutes in. I’ve always taken long showers so I’m usually not disturbed. Throughout the day I’m also able to get in some less focused stretching and fowfers. So between 30 and 90 minutes.

That’s great you and the wife are on the same page! As we age I’m sure I’ll run into EQ issues and the like and at that point I may broach the subject of pumping. Till then this is my little hobby.

Congrats on your gains! Also great that you’ve already proven that an obstacle won’t keep you from continuing. I think for this is the over-under for many guys who get started. If you can figure a way to overcome a stall then you have an empowered but realistic view of the process. I imagine most guys who start and drop off do so after realizing that gains don’t always come easy.

Helps to have had some success to realize it is worth figuring out so you can keep going.

7-1/4” BPSFL today. Tied previous record.

Did a full hour workout
Warm up with hot water. I fill a plastic cup and just shove it over my package. Warms up pretty good.
300 jelq (100 fast, 100slow, 100 fast)
Between sets I did JAI and static stretches.

I noticed post workout I was only 7 1/8 BPSFL. And it was tough to reach. It wasn’t until after breakfast that I was able to reach the 1/4” and it wasn’t too difficult either. I suppose after everything had a chance to relax all the tissues became more pliable. I’m hoping by end of February I’ll consistently hit 7-1/4” and maybe beyond. At that point I’ll take another BPEL measure and fingers crossed for that 7” mark.

Progress: pulled BPSFL to 7 1/2. Had to push the ruler pretty hard but 7 1/4 is becoming easy. And first time I hit 7 1/4 I had to push the ruler pretty hard. Reminds me of the first time I hit 2 plates on deadlift. Kicking and screaming. Now it’s my warm up and 3 plates is top set.

Looking forward to measuring BPEL but I’ll keep patient and wait for the end of Feb. Hoping for very noticeable growth.

I started at 5.8x5 BPEL and am now 7.25x5.5 BPEL and I can promise you that the wife notices. She’s in love with my dick. BPSFL is consistent 7-1/4. Sometimes I’m able to pull to 7-1/2 but still don’t really count it with how hard I have to push the ruler. 7-3/8 feels like a comfortable spot to place my progress. BPEL hasn’t moved much so I’ll just remain patient and keep doing the work.
