First post. Can anyone answer these?
Little bit of backstory here: I’m 29, 6 foot even, about 195lbs and in pretty good shape. PE was always something I would see ADS for promoting “easy solutions/gains” on porn sites but I never gave much thought because, c’mon, can someone really change a part of their anatomy with devotion and patience? Well, to sate my curiosity I finally started reading (not on this site at the time) basic techniques, biological influences and testimonials of those who had tried it with varying results. I’ve just recently started a serious PE regiment and so far so good. Like, within a few weeks I and my girlfriend have noticed a difference in EQ, all around flaccid size and girth specifically when erect.
My question is this: About how much length and girth is a realistic goal to set if the routine is maintained and constantly improved? What bodily factors can effect gains?

Flaccid length- 4”
Mid Shaft Flaccid girth- 3.85”
BPEL: 7.95
MSEG: 5.10
