First time opinions wanted

Just starting my PE journey and wanted to see what people think of this routine.
Monday: Manual stretches 20 minutes in the morning followed by Quick extender pro after work 4-5 hours
And pump 10-20 minutes.

Tuesday: Rest.

Wednesday: Repeat workout.

Thursday: Rest.

Friday: Repeat workout.

Saturday: Same workout but will try to extend for 8 hours.

Sunday: Same as Saturday.

I would also like to add that I will be starting out slow for safety.

Looks like a good, safe, and sane way to begin. Best of luck and welcome to TP.

I had great results with the Newbie routine for the first couple of months. I tend to overdo things and forced myself to only do the Newbie routine in the beginning. However, I then started adding more exercises and devices and the sessions were very long. I have learned to scale back. I also feel like I was able to get a good amount of experimenting in so I can better plan future routines.

If you have not read the PI thread, Physiological Indicators, definitely search for it, read it, re-read it, live your PE Journey by it. Overworking you Dick can make it too strong and prevent gains.

Rest days, Decons (Deconditioning Breaks) are important. Take a week off every time you complete 6 weeks. Sometimes you will need more time off….

Use heat, drink a lot of water, keep learning, be consistent. Slow and steady…

Most importantly, enjoy your PE Journey and the rewards of earned EQ and Earned Size.

Starting (07/15/20): BPEL 6.5” BPFSL 6.5” MSEG 4.75” BEG 4.75” BPFL 4.5”

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

Thanks for the feedback guys much appreciated!

Might start copying your routine actually. So far I’ve been doing only Jelqs and have seen significant increases in girth without significant length gain. I think I should focus on length in recognition of the length before girth principle.

Alright 3 months are in the books and this what my routine has been for most of it.

16 minutes of manual stretching in four directions 60 second holds.

24-28 hours max of quick extender pro per week.

Pump for 10 minutes followed by 10 minutes of jelqing at night. Measurements are NBP.

Pre PE: FSL 5.25(conservative stretch as I was just starting. EL 5 7/8. EG 5.

After 3 months: FSL 6 1/4. EL 6 1/4. EG 5 1/4. BEG 5 1/2.

It feels like slow gains compared to others but gains are gains.

Are you using constant heat?

Started 7.75x5.75

Currently: 9.75bpX6.75eg My Picture Thread

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

Bone pressed measurements are what the medical profession use.

Bone pressed measurements are the most accurate measurement.

Bone pressed measurements are the preferred and recommended measurement at Thunders.

Why are you not measuring bone pressed?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Honestly I didn’t care for it since I’m really lean but I do see your points, I’ll make sure to start doing that thanks.

Bone pressed helps is view every little change, even if it’s a single mm. This has actually helped a lot as well as measuring in cm. I get to see the exact progress made. I focus on moving up one notch at a time, rather than the bigger notches in the inches.

Something worth looking into is also Longerstretch’s thread discussing strain curves and the key to continuous gains.

Starting Stats - BPFSL: 13cm, BPEL: 13.5cm

Current Stats - BPFSL: 15.4cm, BPEL: 14.6cm

All stats are pre warmup. Starting Stats taken on 8/20, restarted with those same stats 2/21 due to lack of dedication.

New measurements are in and with the recommendation to start doing a bone pressed measurement.

FSL 6.4

BPEL 7.08

NBPEL 6.49

EG 5.25

BEG 5.5

If I’m not gaining any girth could I take out pumping and add more manual stretching?

Think about adding a heating pad to your extender te and pumping. Overall looks like a good plan.

BPEL: 5.5" --> 7.9" ; BPFSL: ~5.6" --> 8.5"
