First Week - Tentatively Taking It Slow
So I have been lurking here for months. Last year I started with the Angion Method but felt it gave me discomfort at the base and stopped. Following this I had an unpleasant internal infection so now am jumping on the newbie routine.
My goals are a to add just a little extra but mainly to improve my currently lower EQ and also response time.
My first week has been a very slow step up as I do not want any injury.
- 5mins warm up
- 3mins stretch
- 2mins jelq
- Massage/warm down
1 on, 1 off
I’m going to now up this gradually over the coming weeks to:
- 5mins warm up
- 5mins stretch
- 5mins jelq
- massage warm down
2 on, 1 off
I’m also hoping to get firm enough to get an accurate measurement.
Right now I’m struggling to get much above a 7/10 solo but can get to 8/9 with my wife.
Also at month 5 of porn detox
Lots going on to make steps in the right direction!
