5 minutes stretching (8 ways, 30 seconds each)
250 wet jelqs (5x50)
5 minutes warm up
100 kegels (3 seconds each)
30min extender

High PI and EQ.

Gonna use my old thread in order to keep a log about my routine and daily workouts.

It as been a while since my last post and dedicated PE workouts. Life as its ups and downs, but here I am starting, again, my PE journey.
Just updated my signature with my previous routine and latest records so that everybody can have an idea about my gains over last years.

Been reading recent post throughout the forum and discovered some interesting threads from people who are making amazing progress, both in length and girth, but also about their sexual life.

Later gonna post some guidelines from my research and apply them to my daily routines. Gonna stick with my current tools: my strong hands, Bathmate X30 pump and Andropenis extender.

My focus is both length and girth done effectively, on my free student time, in order to achieve my goal: NBPEL:20.5cm and EG:15.5cm.
So that’s an needed gain of about 1.7cm in length and 1cm in girth. From my previous experience I gain girth, some how, easily. But length is the difficult on and I will focus more on that.
But first I will start to dominate the manuals and later move to advanced techniques.

Hello, mate! I’m really happy for your gains. You took a lot of effort and time and now you have gained great results. Congrats! Could you explain the 5x50 thing in your routine because I’m like opposite of you. I gain easy length by doing the same stretching routine but can’t properly gain girth. Do you like take a little brake between 50 or what?

Hey TheBigLecockski, back in the days I used to do a lot of girth work because it was actually what I liked to workout. The 5x50 thing is 5 series of 50 repetitions of jelqs. Between series I would normally do warm up with hot water or low pressure pumping (with hot water), using the Bathmate, for something like 3 minutes. I took this ideia from a thread here but can’t really remember which one.
Doing this exercise I could achieve amazing girth results (0.4in = 1cm) in a short period of time.

Congratulations on good gains! I’ve gained .75” in BPEL and .375” MEG, in a little over 3 years of PEing. (Sorry not good with centimeters)

My question for you is, do you only use your bathmate for 3 minute warmups? No more, no less. Also, the majority of the community here doesn’t recommend the bathmate. Do you think the bathmate is a part of the reason of your girth gains?

I’m currently on decon, till January 1, and am seriously considering trying a bathmate after getting conditioned enough to use it. Lot’s of people here don’t recommend using it, but there are a few who gain girth with it. What is your opinion? Thanks!

Hey Lookingforgirth, I used the Bathmate for warmup and between sets of Jelqing. My warmdown was hot hater and massaging the penis.

Bathmate for me is a good pump when used correctly (low pressure + low time + high water temperature + multiple sets). If you use it to aggressively (periods longer than 5min per set + high pressures) you get good temporary gains and probably some injury when doing that kind of training multiple times. I think that’s why there is a lot of people that don’t recommend it, because the user will want quick gains and to achieve it will do it the wrong way.

For the price of it you could buy amazing air pumps like, LAPumps which I am considering in a long term perspective.

Just forgot to say that when using the Bathmate its crucial to enter the chamber full erect and try to maintain the erection throughout the set (using Kegels and some source of stimulation when necessary).

You can control the pressure with the xtreme model which comes with a hand pump. This is what I use. I find it is a bit trial and error with no gauge, but once you get the hang of it, you know by feel and where you fall on the measurement decal. It’s pretty comfortable and well built, so I like it.

Ok. Once I start back again and get conditioned, if I’m not gaining after 2-3 months, I might have to break down and try the Extreme. I know they’re not cheap.

You only do 5 minutes at a time, at minimal pressure correct. Also do you have to use it in the shower. Sorry, I’ve never wet pumped before.

Hey guys,

Been doing some exercises. I started with basic stretching for 15-20 minutes and using extender for 3-4 hours a day. I will focus more on length for a few months and increase the intensity (time * tension) progressively.
For warmups and warmdowns I do some light jelqing and low pressure pumping, that way my penis tissue becomes more stretchy.

Gonna give forward feedback on this routine next weeks!
