Alright gents, I started in September and here’s where my journey had taken me so far:

I can’t save my stats for some reason but wanted a place so I can come back and keep records.

September 10th - started PE
6.3” BPEL
5.3” MSEG

Started manual exercises, stretching and wet jelqs. Would do them 2 days on and 1 day off (well most of the time). Did this for about a months before buying an ADS.

September 23rd
6.625”BPEL
5.5” MSEG

October 12th - leluv extender shows up
6.75” BPEL
5.5” MSEG

Still doing wet jelqs and stretches but started using the ADS for 1 hour stretches and pushing it as hard as I could go for the first couple weeks. This is a noose style and I kept having problems with my head sliding out under too much pressure.

Started wearing the ADS for about 3 hours a day and was able to max out the length of the stretcher. I was the end of the standard provided screws and wanted to keep pushing it further so I bought an additional 2.5” screw lengths to add.

Over the next 2-3 weeks I slowly started doing less and less of the jelqs and only wearing the stretcher at night and doing stretches afterwards.

November 6th
7” BPEL
5.5” MSEG

Stopped using the ADS. Took the noose off and tied weights to the end of the noose to create my own homemade hanger.

Started with 1lb and doing SD only for a couple weeks. After a few weeks I added another pound. November 28th I started using heat along with the weights.

December 2nd
7” BPEL
5.5” MSEG

Ordered elite manliness vacuum hanger on December 6th but don’t expect it for another month.

Still hanging with 2-2.5LB 2-3X a day.

December 14th
7.125” BPEL
5.5” MSEG

Haven’t seen any changes in girth since the very beginning but length is really what I’m after anyways.

I’ll do my best to keep this updated! Also I’ve been trying to take pictures of each time I measure.

Eventually I’ll upload all of them. It’s good to remind me that this hasn’t been that long and yes it really is working my dudes.

Nice gains. Keep it up. You seem to be adding things quickly. I hope you are keeping track of what you are doing, so you can spot what’s helping and what’s not. You’ll probably gain more girth as the length gains become harder.

I didn’t keep great notes for the 1st month but after that I do a routine for a week or two before changing anything. I kept the notes on my weekly plan and I’m using that along with the length changes to figure out if someone is working.

I’ve been adding things quickly but read that its better if you consistently change what/how you put stress on the penis, similar to how you create muscle confusion by mixing up your workouts. That made intuitive sense to me I’ve tried not to do the same thing for too long.

Yeah, I think mixing it up a bit does help but you’re working on fascia rather than muscle so you have to work in a different way. You can often mix things up within a routine. I mean the routine doesn’t vary much but it puts different kinds of strain on the penis. Then you throw in something completely different every now and again as a shock.

Ignore that for now. What your doing is working. The time to listen to other people’s tweaks on what you are doing is when it slows or stops.

Wow. That’s quite inspiring. I wasn’t going to bother measuring for another week but you have reminded me of why it’s so important. So that you can tell if progress is stalling and its time to change it up, of course. Keep it up!

Got my elite manliness hanger just a couple days ago and started my new hanging routine! Tried vacuum hanging a couple times but will trying hanging the weight without creating vacuum as my glans doesn’t feel great afterwards. Hanging 5lbs.

Also noticed depending on my EQ I’m getting readings between 6.875-7.125”. Granted I’m pressing that ruler into my pubic bone with no mercy…

Even if I’m averaging around 7” I’ll still take any gains I can!

Same as me lol, sometimes you question whether the stats count because of how much you’re pushing the ruler in and you ask yourself, “did I push the ruler that hard at the start when I took my beginning stats?” Anyway, your stats are practically identical to mine starting out but I’ve since added 1.25-1.5” of BPEL in around 10 months and 0.5 cm in MEG, let that sink in! I’m only using an ADS for 6hrs per day (5x per week). Some folks get crazy gains quick, seems like we’re among them, congrats. I considered hanging as well just because it takes a lot less time to do but I’m very happy so far with the results from the PM, so I’ve held out not too rock the boat type thing.

A few things you are already doing but worth emphasizing.

- Keep track of progress every single workout. Every single day. Pre workout measure, post workout measure. Even if you are not going to use all the data, even if you are only going to publish weekly results, it is extremely valuable for you to have all those numbers down.

- If it is working, do not change it. Of course, for a man to see his dick growing is perhaps the most wonderful feeling in the world. Which raises the curiosity “what if I could grow more, and more and even more” and that is how we start adding too much load, too many exercises, depleting the gains and toughening up the tissues. Less is more. patience is key. As long as you see gains, keep it steady. “if it ain’t broken, why fix it”. Only when gains start diminishing, then you tweak the routine wether by time, reps, weight, or by adding exercises. And the daily data would be your best friend when this happens in order to fix the routine.

- No problem pressing against your bone with no mercy, as long as you measure exactly the same way every single time. it will only be a problem if you started lightly on the pubic bone, and then slowly started shifting the ruler to the side and downwards and pressing harder. At that point you will cheat yourself. But whatever way you are doing it, is fine as long as, once again, you measure exactly the same way every single time.

Well the sleeves that came with the elite manliness hanger were junk. The smaller one crushed me and I couldn’t use it and the larger one came with a big crease in it and tore after less than a week of usage. Unfortunate I haven’t been able to out any real work into the hanger yet. The meantime I’m going to continue doing dry jelqs, stretching and the ADS.

Ordered some new silicone sleeves that should be here in the next day or two so I can get back to hanging.

Well it’s been about 6 weeks since I’ve posted but I’ve been diligently hanging away!

My routine since I bought new sleeves(early January) has been to hang with 5LB for an hour - 3-4 times a week. I’m also doing manual stretches in the shower a couple times a week on top of the hanging.

In mid-late January I switched up to 7LB and kept the same schedule.

I hadn’t measured since early January but I just measured at 7.125” after my last session and I wasn’t rock hard, so I bet I’m getting close to 7.25” at my peak.

The rush of beginner gains is behind me but it seems to be growing incrementally. I’ll take it.

Thanks again guys for all the support, I’m really starting to feel a little better about my size. I’d love to get to 8” length but I’m happy where I’m at for now.

I’ve still been sticking to hanging, usually 3-5 times a week depending on my schedule. I’m at 7.25” BPEL but haven’t picked up any girth, I’ve been stuck here at 5.5 MSEG. Just checking in.

So far I’m close to 1” gained in 7-8 months. Here are a few pictures:
