So the last two weeks have been really shitty in my personal life. Nothing as bad as losing a job or anything like that, but when you have children and their school schedule gets messed up, it bleeds over into your life. My significant other has become increasingly needy over the last two weeks as well. AND as if that’s not enough, I had to take my youngest daughter to get a COVID test because she had a sore throat, a cough, and a runny nose. I personally think it’s just a cold, but you can’t be too careful with this. We haven’t left the house in 10 days waiting on results.
As I have not had any time to jelq or stretch without an inevitable interruption, I have been focusing more on my other primary goals (diet and exercise) via intense meal planning and treadmill time. I can’t currently do dynamic movements because my weight hurts my knee and I don’t own a weight set for resistance training; however, never one to be discouraged or quit, I have logged treadmill time and have done focused movements that I can perform lying down such as sit ups, leg raises, and bicycle kicks.
When the children are back in school and I can get to a regular schedule, I will resume my activity.
