I intend this thread to be a documentation of my journey. As the thread title states, I am not merely looking for gains in length and girth; my goal is to be the ultimate fuck machine. Yes, I am stealing the term from Big Mouth. No, I don’t care. The more critical among us may be asking, “But Fuyutsuki, what IS the ultimate fuck machine?” Ah, I am glad you asked that question. The short answer is, I want sex with me to be literally unforgettable. My goals are as follows:

1) Size: I want to be somewhere in the 7-8.5 inch region with a girth of approximately 6 inches.
2) Endurance: I want to be able to bring my partner as much pleasure as they desire. This does not mean that every sexual encounter has to last an hour or longer; however, I never want my endurance to be the cause for early termination.
3) Energy: I want to be able to satisfy multiple partners in a day, or, one partner many times. I want my orgasms to be powerful.
4) Semen: In addition to desiring strong orgasms, I want my ejaculations to be voluminous. There should be no question that I came.
5) Overall Health: I’ve been fat a lot of my life. I want to have a physique that is desirable.

I’ve put off getting in shape for numerous years now and have read these forums for at least the last 4 years. I’ve never had what I consider the discipline to really stick to a PE routine and thus have not ever started. I have lived in this body that I’ve come to dislike for long enough and it is time I did something about it.

So, who am I? I will give you the TL;DR:

* Born in 88 (will be 33 soon)
* Software Engineer living near San Diego
* 5’ 9”, 230 lbs.
* 2 children
* Stressed the fuck out (another goal to work on).
* Like a really big bolder: hard to get started, but hard to stop once rolling.
* Not really a lot of self confidence or self-esteem.. I plan to work on these things once I get in good physical shape.

My resolution is to commit to the newbie routine / Ulis routine for the first 6 months of the year and to measure bi-weekly. I have started an account with Noom and will be getting into a gym to work with a trainer in the second week of January. I figure that in between Noom, the gym, and here, I will be able to make progress on my five physical goals.

I took some stats and am praying that I measured everything correctly. If anyone has suggestions as to other measurements to track, I am listening.

Today, I measured my baseline stats. You don’t know how far you’ve come if you don’t know where you started.

NBPEL — 5.0”
BPEL — 6.125” ( I used a high-accuracy engineering ruler. I have a lot of fat in the way and pushing to the bone hurt with the pointy edges. No pain, no gain!)
BPFSL — 6.125” / No accurate measure ( I am unsure if I actually took this measurement correctly as I couldn’t get completely flaccid. Maybe I should measure before the hot wrap?)
EG — 5.0” ( EG taken at not full potential, was not 100% erect, but this number is round so I’m using it. Measured with a tailor’s tape. )

Weight: 228.4
Height: Still 5’ 9”.

Exercise today?

Light. Step count says 4678. No resistance training or body weight movements. I will be doing those tomorrow.

Breakfast - 1 Packet of Quaker Maple and Brown Sugar Quick Oats, 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1 mandarin orange, 1 10oz black tea with splash of milk and 1/4tsp sugar
Lunch - Regular Chicken + Rice/Vegetable split bowl from Flame Broiler
Dinner - Leftover Channa Masaala dish from The Veggie Grill.

Drinking: 48-52 oz of water plain.

Supplements: 2400 mg Soy Lecithin across two does. 1000 mg Pygeum (4:1 ratio of bark to extract) over two doses.

Today was my first day ever doing PE on a routine.

Followed the Newbie Routine with two variations:

1) No after-wrap. I almost slipped in the tub because I used too much baby oil for the wet jelq and my immediate concern was to make everything “not slippery.”
2) No Kegel set. Performed earlier in the day.

Kegels:
10 minutes of Variation 3 - Seated
15 minutes of The Basic - walking

Couldn’t help it after the first time. Felt pretty aroused at the thought of finally making effort to grow. Didn’t have to use porn (this is new) which is fantastic as I have been attempting to detox from pornography since ~ July of 2019. This marks my second solo orgasm without it since that time.

I didn’t think it was possible for my penis to be the shade of red it was. I felt like I did the first 40 or so Jelqs really awkwardly as despite my best efforts (no weak grip, proper position.. I think) my first jelqs were moving a lot of skin along the shaft. I’m not sure if this is because I have extra skin on my scrotum, because I have a gratuitous amount of extra fat there and the skin is really pliant, or because I am doing this wrong. In either of those cases, I figured out a method of holding my skin in place with the off hand before moving so that most of the motion was along the shaft and not just pulling skin around.

After about Jelq 110, I had a thick strand of precum about 4 inches long just hanging off my tip. Not sure if that’s relevant.

At about Jelq 140 I noticed a small red dot on my head. It wasn’t painful and I continued. It is still there afterwards.

I will not be doing measurements until next week unless it is to obtain a new baseline measurement for something another member suggests, or to correct bad measurement procedures for the initial baseline.

My routine for 2 on / 1 off is all fucked up because I did Jelq in the morning Wednesday (which should have been an off day) and a bunch of shit went wrong in my life with an emergency root canal and car repair. Frankly, this was not the best starting week. Today was skipped trying to catch up with work. I will do Jelq Friday/Saturday, be off Sunday, and resume my regular schedule of M,Tu,Th,F. Still deciding what to do with the weekend break, but with my children it’s not feasible to do a PE routine during the day since it’s nearly impossible to obtain privacy

My original plan of doing PE on Saturday was blown out of the water when I had difficulty getting hard, let alone maintaining an erection. On suspicion of injury, I did no PE on Saturday. Sunday, I was starting to get back to normal. Had morning wood and occasional erections throughout the day. Now, it’s hard to know if it was the PE that did it, or if it was the late night sex session on the Friday to Saturday border that did me in. Either way, the original plan dissolved.

Weekend: I didn’t eat like total shit over the weekend, but my hydration was low. No supplements.

Lunch - Medium Jamba Juice Acai Antioxidant Smoothie w/ Pea Protein (Do you even juice bruh)
Afternoon Snack - Mandarin Orange and Gala Apple. Green tea.

I think I need to work on my Jelq motions because this whole “move the skin” business makes me feel like I’m missing out on pressure at the base between jelqs. If the point is to not let go of the base of the penis during the jelqs so that the blood can’t escape back down into the body, then my current technique is not adequate.

Measuring after a week is fruitless so I am going to continue this week without measurement. Thursday and Friday I will extend the jelq time from 10 minutes to 12 minutes as the eventual goal is to get to 30 minutes by 6 weeks. I figure I can probably get away with 15/18 minutes in week 3, 18/22 minutes in week 4, 22/25 minutes in week 5, then 25/30 minutes at week 6. Hot wrap and stretch time will go up by 1 minute for each 4 minutes the jelq time rises.

12 minutes felt more productive, I think I’m about on the right pace. One of the things I definitely noticed is that I may not be at the proper erection level for the jelqing so tomorrow I am going to try and stay in the 60-70% range much more aggressively than I have been. Will measure next week.
