Gains vs. Regains?
So, I’ve returned to Thunder’s after a very long hiatus and I’ve lost just a little bit of the gains I’d made years ago. I started at 6” NBPEL and made it to 7.25” NBPEL. Currently, I’m at 7” NBPEL or perhaps just a little less. Since this would be more like regaining what I’d lost, is there a best method for regains as opposed to initial gains? Input is very much appreciated. Most of my progress was through dry jelqing, edging, and perhaps a little bit from pumping but I’m not sure.
