Goal: Increased girth (if you couldn’t already tell by my name). 5.5” EG would be ideal but I’m starting at 4.75” so I’ll take whatever I can get.

Start date: 01/15/2018. I am currently 2 months into a consistent routine.



Routine: Newbie routine but no kegels (my kegel is already strong, it could stop a freakin’ bullet from being shot out of my dick).

2 days on, 1 off.

I warm up in the shower with at least 5 minutes of hot water from the detachable shower head straight on my unit.

I worked up to 10 minutes of stretching but might abandon stretching completely as I’m only going for girth.

I wet jelq to porn. I’m up to 20-25 minutes of ~4 second jelqs.

I warm down in the shower after jelqing.



I’m avoiding length gains. My dick’s already too long for some girls, although doesn’t reach the end of some girls (in conventional positions) but most importantly it comfortably touches the end of my girlfriend’s canal (and most girls) in missionary and doggy when I want it to. A 1/4”- 3/8” length gain might be beneficial for her but any more than that would be detrimental (because I like to F balls deep, hard & aggressive). So I’m staying away from length work out of fear that girth work might add that extra bit of length and put me over the top. She would not be a happy camper. If I ever reach my girth goal and haven’t gotten that extra bit of length, I’ll consider length work (yes I know it typically makes more sense to do length work first but given my situation and diminishing return I’ll get from extra length, I think it makes more sense to go straight for girth.)

Starting stats (01/15/2018): EG: 4.65” NBPEL: ~7.25” BPEL: Didn’t measure.

Current Stats (03/16/2018 - 2 months into PE) EG 4.75” NBPEL: No change. BPEL: 7.5”

I’m not sure if that’s an actual girth increase since I’m using a new seamstress tape and don’t have access to the old one. I will be using the current tape from here on out.

I plan on continuing my jelq routine for another month then reevaluating depending on the results.

I’m gonna keep putting in solid effort towards PE’ing, fingers crossed that I can gain some girth. Wish me luck!

Update: I’m now 3 months into PE and have had no gains according to measurements I took today. My routine, which I detailed in the previous post, has stayed the same except I went back down to just 5 minutes of stretching a few weeks ago and I have recently replaced doing a hot shower warmup with using a hot rice sock. I have maintained 2 days on and 1 off for the entire 3 months with just a few missed days plus I missed a whole week at one point due to a hectic schedule.

All of my measurements have stayed the same, except my BPEL increased by .25” but my NBPEL remained the same. I don’t think this BPEL measurement is an actual gain, I think it’s just due to jamming the ruler harder into my fat pad. There’s no reason my body fat composition would have changed.

Moving forward I’m going to abandon stretches all together as I am only targeting girth, not length. I’m going to ease my way into clamping. I’m not sure whether or not I should keep jelqing once I’ve transitioned into clamping sets of 3x10 or more. If I don’t get any gains from 2-3 months of clamping it will be time to decide if I want to try chemical PE (namely PGE1) or quit PE altogether.
