Since my dong is begging for more, I amped up the jelq number today from 80 to 100 per set πͺ
- 5 minutes warm-up
- 8 x 1 minute stretch
- 2x 100 dry jelqs
- 2x 100 wet jelqs
- 50 kegels
- 20 minutes edging
- 5 minutes warm-down
