I had been doing wet jelq for 2 weeks when I started. No changes. Then I swapped for dry ones and felt it was too intense. So had like 3 days off after 3 days on. And I saw the gains.

That as newbies, we need much patience and unlock what really works for us. And also I am very careful to injuries. So I increase my workouts gradually so as to avoid any issues.

And also I believe there is a mind game going parallel way. You need to appreciate your thing so as it to respond positively to the efforts you putting in.

Also added a second rest day yesterday.

I also observed some great PIs 😁

Not anymore. Since I stated using this technique: Dry Jelq Video (NSFW)

When I started, I did the jelqs with a V grab.
That caused too much external strain and caused dry skin πŸ”₯

Change of technique and a little after-PE lotion did the trick for me πŸ‘
