Seriously, first of all thank you for being part of such an amazing forum. Just found you guys and you rock.

All my childhood I thought I had a tiny dick. And not having a masculine role model in my family didn’t help with my confidence.

Over the years I’ve learned that I’m an average of BPEL 6.3” MEG 5.1”, but never felt that I could satisfy my partners 100% with my cock.

PE had a sketchy sound to it, due to all the spam. This us why I never even considered it. Now I found you and I finally start believing :-)

I wish I had learned about this 15 years ago, in my teens. But yesterday I somehow stumbled over jelqing routines.

It feels amazing to work on ones dong and I imagine I can feel how it’s gently growing.. (but maybe that’s just my lower brain working.)

In the long run, I hope to grow to 8” x 6.5” (1.2” gain in BPEL and MEG)

So to get there, I set my first milestone at 7.1” x 5.7” (0.8” in BPEL and 0.6” in MEG). That already would be a well satisfying win for all the members involved :-P

None the less will start my jelqing journey with daily routine of 100 dry, 100 wet, 90 Vs.

So if you’re an experienced PE practitioner, maybe you know this: Would you add off-days or extenders to the mix?
Any suggestions and comments welcome. I am eager to learn from you.

Welcome to the community, Guybrush69! I’m not an extender kinda guy but I can say that rest days are extremely important. As you progress into more than manual exercising you will need to incorporate at least two days of rest per week. Think of this as a strength or endurance muscle routine, the off days is where you see your gains!

You are a great size! There are many women that will need more than just a cock to be satisfied, so we work to master all of our skills!

As Titleist wrote, you are already above average.

If/when you move on to the extender, I would recommend at least one day off, but your PIs should guide you here.

Some might recommend exhausting gains from manual exercises before moving on to equipment such as the extender.

The newbie routine is a good way to get acquainted with PE.

There is also the linear newbie routine, this is another option.

Definitely use the search function and enjoy all the history of information at Thunders.

I spent quite a lot of time looking for looks, fitness, clothing, lifestyle, charm, good bedroom skills.
Now that PE is a real option, I commit to doing this at least for 3 months to see how it goes.

A few things I learned so far..

I have my first 4 sessions under my belt now and am on my second off-day right now.

And call me crazy, but I think I am seeing the first humble results. Over the last nights, I experienced much harder nocturnal erections, the first ones actually woke me up. Also morning wood is much harder than before.

Never had a problem with my boner strength, but after reading about the PI, this looks encouraging. Will keep you posted

How right you are, Hame. I struggle with consistency as well - this man be in fact my biggest nemesis. But not this time, I hope.

PE really feels great.. I plan to keep the routines in a mental frame of wellness.. Those normally work well for me.

- Think it has grown already - but resisted the urge to measure so far 🧐

But right now, my objectives are just
- Staying healthy 🍌
- Getting the basic techniques right 👌
- Maintaining the fun to make PE a regular practice 🚴‍♂️
